   I’ve been to the Dallas location and loved it. It was my first time at the Plano location and it was so very different. Not only did I wait 30 minutes to get seated after I made a 7:00 reservation for 6 people a week before and didn’t get a table until 7:30. We had to wait another hour to even begin getting served. We didn’t get a chef until 8:40. I will never go back to the Plano location. Very bad experience. The food was okay, and our server was alright. But the wait was so disappointing. Id give it 0 stars if I could. Never going back!

   Excellent service and the chef did an amazing job preparing the food the taste was outstanding everyone at that the table was full. With that said we will be back again and again with more family and friends. (Outstanding)

   Great party atmosphere for Mother’s Day!! Even had special cookies for all Mothers! Very nice, indeed. Very busy so glad we made a reservation!

   Had reservations for 7:45p and didn’t get seated until 8:30p. Long wait time at table for cook to arrive but great food and good time.

   Terrible service . The longest I’ve ever waited once seated just to get a drink and some soup. Managers looking but not helping the wait staff. Chef was probably the worst we had. Rushed. Cooked everything at once so vegetables burnt . Food flying everywhere. Meat in my son’s tofu. Huge chunks of egg in fried rice. I mean huge! Zero flavor chicken. Steak not cut into pieces… many attached and I have no knife. All fat left on steak. We come here all the time and this is the worst experience by far. Dirty plates on our table the whole time and like I said management did nothing walking around looking but no action.

   Server failed to mention that fried rice was for a $7 charge each. We thought it was an option of steamed versus fried so we all opted for fried rice then we were surprised we had $35 extra charged. He failed to mention that when ordering and clearly was trying to up his tip. We also got two milkshakes and the kids wanted one extra Oreo and he couldn’t even ask and just said I’d have to charge you $5 for a whole other drink for it. We said no of course but he didn’t even attempt to see if he could. Seemed he was too lazy to ask. The chef cooking was great and warned the kids of the fire before lighting it. They enjoyed the show as it was their first time dining here. The food was good and as expected. The only thing that really tainted the Mother’s Day experience was the lack of communication and up charge. They clearly could do better training their staff.
