Our chef, Tyson, was wonderful. And the food was excellent! We were celebrating our son's 22nd birthday and were taken care of.
I'm very disappointed with the hostess! I specifically gave her my name to check in for my reservation. My open table app updated - dining! By the time I got in my car I received an email I missed my reservation. I had to literally give open table my receipt information (that I'm glad I still had) to prove myself! I would recommend for take out or if you're just walking in!
It was our first time there and it was so much fun watching the cook. My kids loved the volcano. We will definitely be coming back.
We love coming here for the food, service, the whole experience!! So close to our home it’s the perfect place to celebrate special occasions!
We were a little disappointed with our visit. The chef did not provide the usual interaction, and it seems a lot of the “excitement” of the visit was missing. The food, however, was very good. For the price paid, we did not feel we received a good value.

I am a huge fan of Benihana and have been going for years. Tonight wasn't their night. Server was nice but was unattentive. Nick, our chef needs to learn how to wear his mask correctly so he doesn't touch it every two minutes with his gloved hand that he then doesn't change, ewwww gross. The sushi was over cooked, not tasty at all. Overall not good visit at all. Food was not flavorful either.
Very enjoyable. Food was delicious and prepared nicely. Servers and chef were outstanding.
My husband and I enjoy eating at Benihana's. There are many dishes to choose from on their menu and what we get is not only prepared before you; it has a wonderful aroma and taste. We were socially distant from others also dining and the employees practiced good safety measures when it comes to Covid protocol. We plan to return and do share with others our dining experience.
The food is sooo good, had my favorite drink (plum sangria) love it . Surprised to see what a value hibachi shrimp is , glad we ordered it.

Our food was cooked perfectly to our request thanks to chef Nick! Jeff, our server was very attentive. We weren't in a hurry and the restaurant wasn't busy allowing us to have a nice, relaxing meal. Thanks!
Chef didn’t speak once, didn’t do any “tricks” while cooking and didn’t even do the fire onion. Very disappointed as we had first timers with us.

I had reservations for my Bday for 6:45pm on 12/03. We weren't seated until 6:50. We weren't asked about appetizers or drinks until 7:05 and were told it was too late to receive the happy hour prices for the appetizers. Didn't receive our drinks until 7:15. Had to ask 3x for sauces for our sushi. Our cook didn't roll up to our table until 7:40. Then after dinner I had to ask for the ice cream thats included in bday dinners. I'm assuming the lady was new because the waitress is usually much much much better than I had on Thursday night and I eat there frequently.

We have been going to Benihana since it was the Samurai so we have been there multiple times. The issue I had the last evenings was the waitress did not convey my husband dinner correctly. He is a vegan and only eats certain things. They have alway been accommodating for him.. No shrimp instead mushrooms, the tofu is usually cooked before the meat or fish this was not the case. She serviced the sake with wine glass instead of sake cups. He never received his veggie fried rice. The chef was ok.
Not one of our best times.
I would still go again but hope it will be better.

BENI HANA HAS BEEN A FAVORITE OF MY FAMILY'S FOR A LONG TIME, I THINK IT COULD USE SOME GOOD CLEANING--THE BATHROOM WAS DIPLORABLE, THE TABLES AND CHAIRS AND EVEN THE WALLS ARE PRETTY STICKY.....AND JUST LOOK RUN DOWN.
WE HAD FERNANDO AS OUR CHEF, HE WAS FANTASTIC. MARY WAS TRAINING SOMEONE (OUR SERVER) AND SHE WAS NOT ALWAYS AROUND, WITH 50% CAPACITY, ONE WOULD THINK THE SERVICE WOULD BE PHENOMENAL, BUT IT WASN'T. FERNANDO WAS AWESOME, HIS FOOD WAS NICELY SEASONED AND THE PERFECT TEMPERATURE. THANKS!

I was not impressed with the food. Yhe rice was good but the meat was not seasoned very much. The drinks were defintely not worth it.
steaks were over cooked we asked for medium rare . told him thats enough he moved to the side then put them back on
Benihana wasn't what I expected. Maybe my expectations let down but I thought the food was mediocre and I don't know why onions and zucchinis were the only veggies provided. I'd much rather go to Nakama.
