   Reservations were for 6 pm, didn't get seated until 7:40 pm. Then sat another 15-20 minutes waiting to order drinks. Staff was pleasant and understanding, food was good but the wait definitely had a deflating effect on the evening. No offer of discount or any other accommodation for the long wait or any real explanation provided. Might go back but definitely not on a holiday.

   I had a 5:45 p.m. reservation. They were running behind, by over an hour. I understand it was am extremely busy Mother's day. I have worked in the service industry over 20 years. I dont know what all behind the scenes issues may have contributed, but maybe stop taking reservations, if you are not going to be able to seat the guests in a timely manner. They did warn, they were running about 30 minutes behind when we checked in. But it turned out to be double that. The staff was friendly. Dinner was great, but waiting over an hour after the reservation time to be sat was quite disappointing.

   There is not one positive thing to say. I made reservations for 5:45, finally got seated at 6:40. We ordered white rice for the kids, they never got it. The couple across from us were so frustrated that they got up and left before even getting their food. My wife and I are both having stomach cramps within an hour of eating. I will never be back and would never recommend this restaurant. It was an absolutely horrible experience.

   The food and cooking portion were great. The service not so much. Most everyone had reservations and still were waiting 45mins+ to be seated., told by the staff that corporate opens up seating to open table and that can’t always honor it…..Once seated it was another 30-45mins to take our order. Our chef Fernando was amazing tho and it was delicious! Also not sure how it can state $30 and below on the app for the cost…

   I had a reservation and it still took an hour to be seated. Our waitress was very slow. She didn't bring out the kids food (chicken tenders) or drink and instead of just refunding it. She gave it to us in a to go box. It took 20 minutes after eating before she brought us our check. It wasn't a great experience with her. However, the chef did a great job. He was very skillful and funny and also the food tasted great.

   We go there at least three times a year for each of our birthdays. Tonight was the best ever. We had young Tony as our chef and he was amazing. The food was not too salty, very hot, he was funny, but not intrusive. Will definitely request him in the future. Always a fun night.

   We had a wonderful server and Saw was a Chef. Everything was cooked fantastic and the service was impeccable. It was a great evening.

   The Easter brunch was very nice. We love Benihana and this brunch did not disappoint.

    I have been going here since I was a child and it was the Samurai in the ‘80s. I took my family again at the start of this Easter weekend for supper. I will start off by saying the food is still the best tasting around compared to almost all the Hibachis in the area. From the soup, the salad dressing to the main course. All that being said this may be our last visit until they do something about the restaurant and the service and staff. The entire restaurant needs closed and deep cleaned. The floor and the railings are all sticky, food, dirt, cob webs all over the dining area. The table itself was sticky, and WOW the grills had food all over them. When I say food I don’t mean a little bit from the last meal served that night. I was able to look at several tables to see if it was just ours, because we were one of the first reservations of the evening so I was able to look around before it filled up. This food was leftover from god knows how long. Being a cook myself it’s disgusting and well very unhealthy. Now for the staff, the only ones that were cordial and pleasant were the hostesses at the door. The bartender was rude every time I went up to ask questions, like he was bothered to answer patrons questions about the alcohol he was serving. The girl working the sushi bar was the same way. She also has no idea how to make sushi properly. All of the different sushi we ordered fell apart completely when trying to pick it up. After bringing our soup and salad we didn’t see our waitress till the end! You used to get things like bowls when asking for extra stuff like salad dressing, now it’s a small plastic cup with a lid. Your tea at the end used to have a tea pot on the grill for you to enjoy, now you get one cup half full. This place needs a serious overhaul if it wants to continue, from the building itself to the incompetent staff they need to do some soul searching here.
