We had a great experience!!! Collin is an amazing chef and Jeff is a wonderful server. Food was delicious!!

Environment was great, food could have been seasoned better, but overall excellent experience

Very rushed waitress. Kept asking my friend to pass her dirty dishes while she was eating. Food quality has gone downhill. Chicken was rubbery. I think they’ve tried to be more health conscience, but the food lacked flavor. Not their fault, but very loud. Sat us next to a table of 8 screeching little girls, so that didn’t help. Hadn’t been in years, so was very disappointed. Used to be so good.

This place is too pricey for the nasty bland food served ! I couldn’t believe their prices I had better food at hibachi steakhouse and wayyyyy better prices! YALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED

Benihana is my favorite place to eat! I have been able able to eat at the Japanese restaurant in Disney World but like the one in Pittsburgh better!

Not sure what has changed or perhaps something was not cleaned or proper temperature, but I was extremely ill within 1.5 hours after leaving. Not only had stomach illness, but also horrible headache afterwards. Will never come back.

As always, our time spent at Benihana’s was wonderful! We were blessed with an excellent chef and waitress. Our food was perfect. Thank you so much!

Great food, excellent, service, and a fun and amazing chef.

Our server was not only not well versed in the menu. She smelled as though she had never heard of deodorant. She man handled out soup and salad and put her finger in every single bowl. I’m not sure if this type of work is for her but, she needs retraining to say the least. For $97 for two which included a tip it’s not a value and you can find better teppanyaki elsewhere!

It was the best ever! All is the best manager on earth he makes Benihana amazing!

I feel that Beni Hana is on an upturn--they were struggling for a bit and now it seems that they got some good help and it is working for them! We had Tommy as our chef and Andrew as our server and together they made a great team! Would highly recommend.

Front desk was very friendly. Got sat quickly. Waitress was not around too much. Food was good, but way too much butter than the average Hibachi. Our clothes smelled like butter when we got home. Good, but not great. Casual dining place.

Food was terrific; staff were friendly and attentive. Price for 8 people with drinks was certainly reasonable. Everyone went home satisfied and full!

The restaurant was unbearably hot - I went to the manager on several occasions when I started feeling ill from the heat with no resolve. Finally on the way out was told they had issues with a compressor but out dinner was ruined nobody could even finish Because of the circumstance

Brought my grandson and his brother for his 18th birthday. It was his choice, the drive was a little distance but anything for grandkids. Felt a little rushed with everything but all in all was ok.

Everything was very organized. The food portions we're large, but deliscious! The waiter was great, but the chef was amazing & showed some skilled "tricks" with the spatulas & cooking utensils. There was plenty to take home also. It was well worth the time & experience.

We hadn't been to Benihaha in quite a while. We decided to revisit for a family birthday. We found the portions to be much smaller than in the past and the prices higher. And, for some of us the combination Hibachi platters that we wanted were only available with a dessert option added on. Since we had birthday cake at home, we didn't want the ice cream. The biggest disappointment was the "birthday celebration"....which was literally a single birthday candle handed to the birthday person. Why bother?! We probably will not return.

Great food with a chef who kept the table mesmerized by his skills. He was very engaging and kept all of the guests engaged as well. The food was outstanding, and the portions as always are very big, we took home a carry-out and ate and enjoyed day 2 as well!

Overall experience was good. Down fall did not all the food that was ordered.

Yes I would recommend Benihanna for a unique place to go and the food was very good.

Unfortunately the food made us both sick. The steak was undercooked and I watched the Chef use the apatchula on the mushrooms he was cooking with the meat I was served. The manager brought me a new meal, but it was too late. I'd already taken a bite of the undercooked meat. I want be returning unfortunately. I normally love benihana but this one not so much.

We have been to better Benihana locations. Food was fair. Chef was not a showman at all. waitress needs more training. overall nothing horrible but he have had better Benihana experiences in Florida.

Very disappointed- the guys who cooked did no performance- the waitress was terrible- the steak was so small mostly fat - poor quality- the noodles were terrible- the only good was the soup. The salad had brown lettuce- sushi was good.

Host was nice. Server was good. Hibachi chef was blah at best. Food was decent but overpriced. Very small portions.

Chef was engaging and prepared the meal perfectly. Server was attentive and friendly. We don’t have Benihana near us anymore, so was nice to take advantage when we were coming through Pittsburgh.

Food was at best OK ! Very little seasoning and way over cooked veggies.

Chief was so tattooed, looked as if he just got out of a long stay in jail.

Not the Benihana I once loved !
