Our chef was very good and had a personality to go with it. Food was very good and the people who had been assigned to join us at our table were very nice.
Great food & awesome chefs!
Booked for 8:15. Still not sat down for 8:45 so left. Couldn’t get served at the bar. One person (poor soul) was far too busy. Despite booking online they couldn’t get us in. Very disappointing.
This place does not clean the restaurant thoroughly. The vent was leaking grease on the table. The hosts wiped the major grease spill on the table, but she did not want to replace the plate or napkin (that has grease on it) or clean it from the chair or floor. The manager seemed like it was a major hassle to clean the vent and to move us to another table. With a reservation we had to wait 35 min to be sat a table. The bar drinks were ok, a little below average. The food was very bland. The habachi could use more flavor. The sushi ingredients are fresh, however it seems like they skimp on the fish and “expensive” ingredients. The only thing that tasted good was the Tuna Poke. Not worth the money or time.
Sake was barely lukewarm. Asked if they could heat it up a bit more, they said no. Grease literally dripped from the vent onto the hibachi table the entire meal. 4 of the 8 guests recieved 50% discounts because it actually fell on their plates. Forget about the other guests at the table who continually stood up and tried to wipe the grease from the vent before it fell.
Great choice/place to eat. Let my purse notice the next day called and went to get it the next night everything was still in it. Great manager cook server and atmosphere
Benihana sucks compared to other hibachi places . I would of much rather went to kobe they are alot cheaper and give more food. This place do not give lo mien noodles with their meal and fires rice is extra when you can go to love's and all of this is included for under $ 25. This place everything is $35 and up and not as tasteful as other places
Bad parking situation. Very crowded, valet overwhelmed, and adjacent lot with spaces had nasty tow-away sign. Once you are in, it is excellent, but we will not be back.
Valentine’s Day. Booked this blind. Not from the area. Everything was great, only issue was I was a few mins late to reservation and still waited 10-15 mins to seat. Other than that it was great.
My wife and I had a Valentine's day dinner at the the one in Orlando next to the Bluegreen resort and it was awesome. The food was great and we really enjoyed watching the chef prepare it. For those who have not eaten there yet. You should try it. You will enjoy it.
Very good !!! Recommend
The food is always exceptional! the service was slow and lacking.
Great overall experience
Amazing like always!!!!
Seated on time and chef accommodated a gluten free option with no trouble. Food was great and each chef had an individual touch to the preparation which is cool as half the fun is seeing the meal being prepared in front of you.
We made reservations through OpenTable for the first available time for a party of 7, which was 9:45. Since we were right next door to the restaurant we walked over an hour early in hopes of getting seated early. No luck, we were seated at 9:50. For 65 minutes we watched walk in parties seated ahead of us. As we waited we watched multiple instances of one of the hostesses making rude comments about customers behind their backs. Some people should not work in a customer service position I suppose.
Once we were seated we were treated well by the waiter. He was very attentive and outgoing. The chef was on the lower end of the skill level of the chefs we have had preparer meals at Benihana over the years. The food was not bad, but he made a terrible mess of the table in the process of cooking, unlike most meals we’ve had there. The late hour made him low on show and quick on getting food prepared, which was ok with us.
Not one of the best experiences we’ve had at Benihana, not even in the top 10.
Dinner was great. Getting an email from opentable that I did not honor my reservation was not cool. I was there with a party of 5 and spent a lot of money. Get your business straight!
Outstanding place to bring someone for the first time. Children friendly. You don't have to be dressed up.
The overall experience was good, but even with reservations we still had to wait for over 30mim because they were seating walk-ins ahead of us. We arrived hungry and having to wait ene though we had reservations was not nice. At least our chef was great and food was good.
Anniversary. I was very good, but I did not like to be let waiting for almost 20 minutes for a table even though we had a reservation.
Everyone enjoyed their food choices. The 5 course dinner is a good deal and the experience was fun. Nothing unusual but a good Japanese steakhouse. Made reservation thru Open Table same day and very short wait.
Fun night chicken and steak combo was great.we would rather have had a table to ourselves we were seated with another party which made it harder to have a convo
chef is good, food is good, service is not so good, server is not friendly
We arrived early for our reservation, but was seated quickly. Our waitress Sabrina was great & our chef Thinh was awesome! A great birthday dinner!
Awesome!!! Nathan, the guy who cooked for us was outstanding!!!!
Great service and great food...always go for special occasions
My only complaint was the noise, screaming girls celebrating a birthday but I mean screaming right next to us. It disturbed everyone nearby. They were all Tupperware sales people. I have decided never to purchase Tupperware. The boss should have dine something about it.
Had a great time, set with another group of 6 ( just us 2) and their small children were great. Our Chef did a wonderful job and was entertaining. THNX Navi!!!
The cook and the server were in sync. Cook didn’t spend too much time on “tricks”. The food was made quick and delicious
