Been coming here for 12 years and I always look forward to my next visit. Staff is friendly and helpful; the chef is entertaining and the food is prepared to order. They have a varied menu and the atmosphere is both fun and comfortable. I rate it as one of the best places to eat in Orlando.

Among all teppan type restaurants Benihana consistently gives a great dining experience in the Orlando area. I especially like the meal choices and expert cooking. Minimal carbs and more emphasis on protein and veggies highlights the meal.

Great food, very entertaining. I have been a patron of Benihana's for quite some time. I had friends in from out of town and they had never experienced Benihana's so I took them for their first time ever. They absolutely loved it. I highly recommend the Emperor's Feast. Absolutely fantastic.

Although this Beni Hana is not as nice as the one on international drive the service and cooks are much better! Our waitress kept filling our drinks without us having to tell her, the chef was a Cuban young man, very sweet and cooked very good!! If you live a laid back atmosphere this is the Beni Hana to go to. The one on international drive is always to loud and crowded. I will keep going to this one!

If someone in your party is drunk cut that person off but if the other members are paying over $200 for the table ask them what they want drink wise and the manager should personally talk to the one paying and ask if everything was going ok during the dinner.

The food was good the service was good. The downside, it was way too loud. We could not carry on a conversation at our table without shouting. There were two tables that actually shouted across the dining at each other, they were all together as a group of 16(?). I get there is a big group and you were all together, however, there are other people in a 4 table room. Even our chefs stopped to look at what was going on at these other tables, but management did nothing. If Benihana is going to let large groups run the room, I would make sure I am not at a table In those rooms next time. If they can’t tell you in advance or rearrange tables because they know how many tables are booked for a group, I will be dining elsewhere.

The entertainment was great. Our chef. Michael was awesome. We go every year for Thanksgiving. They do a great job recognizing holidays. They also give you a photo to take with you for memories all year long.

This the absolute worse experience I have ever had at Benihana's. I used open table but they did NOT have my reservation or the hostess could not find it. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated and then wait 30 minutes for a chef. He was terrible and seemed inexperienced. I specified that It was my husband's birthday and they did not do anything special. Food is over priced and this Beninhana felt dirty and unsanitary. To top it off I was charged my daughter $6.00 for apple juice!!!

Love Benihana’s but on this occasion the chef was more concerned about entertaining the ONE kid than cooking the food for 8 people. Rice was dry and over-cooked by the time he finished entertaining the kid. Is there a way you can balance entertainment with cooking the meal properly

We were very upset with the last time experience! This place must be under new management, because our first time was so much fun and plenty to eat. Really you’re paying for the food and to be entertained , therefore you should receive both. My husband has cancer and we took a special trip to meet one of his childhood buddy from Cali that was staying at Disney. We got a room at the Hilton just incase he got tired. We remembered how much fun we had with our first time,so suggested to eat dinner at your restaurant again. We needed to try and make this visit fun. Well, that night excitement or entertainment wasn’t coming from our table chef. He was boring and just made our food, as if he was in your kitchen. Also your dinner prices should include a full meal and not Charge extra for a small portion of noodles. Kobe’s has you beat there. Your rice with dinner was aslo a very small portions. I believe we only eat our soup and salad, so your manager didn’t change us. However we walked away without eating dinner.

Server forgot it was a birthday celebration. The tea was lukewarm and there was a group of screaming girls running all over the restaurant the whole time we were there, practically knocking us over when we were leaving. Chef was very good

I have been to Benihana in Hawai‘i as well as many other teposnyaki restaurants and unfortunately the one in Orlando didn’t match any of those ones I fine at. The place was just lacking ambiance, energy, flavor and service level. Definitely the least favorite teppanyaki restaurant I have been too.

Been to many different locations and this food was by far the worse of any I have been too. Tasteless and bland. The chef tried to serve my 5 year old under cooked chicken. If I had not pointed out that the meat was still pink, he would have served it up. Drink refills were slow, but that check sure came fast. It was really loud too. Probably can't control that but I couldn't even hear the people at my own table talking to me. Brought me son out birthday icecream and got the flavor wrong. I figured for a $200.00 meal, I was expecting better. I will return to Benihanas in the future, but will never go back to this location. .....................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

We have eaten at Benihana's all over the country. This one is horrible. We almost walked out before the chef showed up it took so long. I really don't think the chicken was cooked all the way. I did not order the chicken. The chef cooked one thing at a time. Usually they coordinate cooking a few things at a time. He took a long time cutting the food up. All the food was not on the cart. The place really needs to be redone. It looked horrible. There was old rice on the grill when we got there. I do not recommend anyone to eat there.

Habachi table seems to be slanted so the food you pays for ends up in someone else’s plate.

Managment also assume that empty plate mean that service was good not that you stayed hungry.

I went to international drive Benihana a week prior to this visit. it was awesome. the server, chef and food was all on point. So I decided to take my friends to this Benihana so we can visit Disney springs after.

We ordered agedashi tofu for our appetizer. When the server brought it to us, we were already having our fried rice. tofu and the soup in the bowl was not even warm at all. it was cold so I've told our server after our first bite it was cold. He asked if I want to order other one. By that moment, we were almost finished our meal. So I didn't want to take another risk. Of course he didn't forget to charged that on to our bill.

When The chef starting to burnt our vegetables black, we talked to our selves that burnt verge is not worse then burnt meat so we tried to eat some of it. But when he started to burnt my scallop, I really wanted to stand up and leave the place. My friends were so upset and didn't want to stay for our desert so we paid then left.

It was my worst Benihana trip ever. I've started to going to Benihana Dallas more then 20years ago and I always have my old time memories with my friends there in Dallas. But this trip totally distroied my good memories.

My friend told me that it was the worst hibachi she ever had in her life.

I feel bad to tell you all this but it's the fact.

I read a lot of reviews about the long wait time and it was so long that we ended up leaving without eating. We wanted to have first hand experirnce and we did. What a shame since it was my husband s birthday. We witnessed other people leave as well due to the long wait time and it was a week day. Staff did not seem too concerned either. I will not recommend this place at all.

We will never go back and we will be sure to tell all our family, friends and clients not to go either. Use to be a fan of the original teppanyaki style restaurant. Had reservations for 7:30. Chef did not come to table until 8:45, an hour and 15 minutes later. Our three young children were patient but starving!!! We even told the General Manager about the situation at 8:15 and her attitude was like "too bad, what do you want from me".

I have worked all my life in the restaurant business and my family owns a popular restaurant. I understand there can be issues, but what we went through and how we were treated was the worse. Manager never even came to check up on us after our complaint. Do yourself a favor and go to Kobe. My wife is a GM for a hotel and when her guests ask her for dining options, I am sure she will steer them away.
