Unfortunately I believe that the restaurant was short staffed the night we visited. We had a reservation for 7:00 but weren’t seated until 7:45. We then didn’t get chef until 9:00. We were a table of 10 and 5 were children so the waiting was difficult. We didn’t finish dinner until about 10:30 which really wasn’t the plan. The manger did his best and when the chef did arrive at our table it was a good experience it was just all the waiting detracted from the overall experience as we had over tried kids by the end of the meal.

The experience here was nothing short of AMAZING! Every chef at every table was a unique experience. Our Chef was brilliant and very attentive. He seasoned our food to perfection . There was no need for any extra sauce or anything! The staff was friendly and took time to explain the menu and the new appetizers, and stayed on top of what we needed while dining. This has been my favorite Benihana experience!

Our waitress was great initially, but we asked for extra fried rice for our table and were denied saying we will get plenty. We ordered noodles instead and never got them. The chef was nice but I’ve never seen so much smoke from a hibachi cooktop and he cooked very strange, everything was separated out from the rice. None of us in the group were impressed with our meal and for what we paid it should have been a much better experience

Took an hour to be seated even though we had a reservation, then they were so rushed to get us out before they closed the chef didnt even do a fire show

Molly was our server and Justin was our cook. We had a blast! They were just wonderful and I’d love to have them both when I’m back in the area. Super polite, funny, attentive, even apologized for the team being down a couple of people so things took a bit longer than normal - not their fault at all and we were highly entertained. Plus the food was delish!

Awful. So crowded. Service horrible. Food not as good as typical hibachi. And all our clothes spells of grease.
