Benihana - Orlando - Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Ratings and Reviews
El servicio muy malo, mesero muy tardado pues visitaba la mesa cada 30 min.
The Service was very bad, our waiter wasn't good. My husband has to stand up for getting the beverages and the requirements of the family. He visit our table each 30 min :S. I think the waiter had to many tables.
I have been to Benihana many times including this location...I was very disappointed with the taste of the food and the amount served. I'm not sure if they were running out of food ingredients so they had to make a Little last...but it was embarrassing the portion sizes and I went for dinner. The taste of the food was so so bad! I love Benihana and their food is usually so amazing...not this time! Never again coming to this location. My family had filet and chicken with friend rice and I had the filet. Rice was raw and hard, very little chicken in the rice. The chef would fill the rice bowl then throw a spoon full out. Ridiculous honestly. Such a shame. My sushi was great though. I guess also depends on the chef and how they prepare their cart. Our chef was JP.
This was my first visit here in about 25 years. Things have really changed, especially the menu. There are a lot more options that I can eat now. While they are a bit pricey, it is an entertaining meal that is very tasty.
On our visit there was a comedy of errors by our chef, but he handled it like a pro. I had a six course meal as did my daughter and the portion sizes of each one was excellent. There was soup, and then salad and shrimp to start. We then had rice that he should have portioned before too much prep happened. I got mine without the garlic butter but he put chicken in the whole thing when 3 guests wanted vegetable fried rice. They were good about it. There was a variety of vegetables, and then I had chicken and a steak. He accidentally gave my chicken to my daughter and then my steak was made with garlic butter, so he had to make me a fresh one. This was because another guest requested my steak after he put the butter on and he forgot I could not have the garlic. At the end there was a choice of ice cream or sherbet. All in all it was an excellent meal and I would definitely recommend going for a fun, tasty meal. I plan to go back soon.
I frequent Benihana. So much so I purchased $200 in gift cards. This particular visit was subpar. The chef did very little entertaining. My food was also bland. I thought it was just me but apparently another family at the table had to keep borrowing his salt shaker to season their food more. I like the location of the restaurant however usually receive great service from them!
first time at this Benihana's but as always the food and service were excellent. It is located in the Hilton Hotel so it was a very pleasant walk for us from Disneys Saratoga Springs Resort, now that the new bridges and walk ways have been put in.
We ate early as had two children in our party so it was quiet to start with but soon filled up with other parties.
Our Chef, Samari was excellent, entertaining us all with his skills. The food was cooked to perfection. The cocktails we had were also very good. The children tried food they would not normally eat and loved it. We all had a lovely entertaining evening and would definitely return.
Been coming here for 12 years and I always look forward to my next visit. Staff is friendly and helpful; the chef is entertaining and the food is prepared to order. They have a varied menu and the atmosphere is both fun and comfortable. I rate it as one of the best places to eat in Orlando.
Great food, very entertaining. I have been a patron of Benihana's for quite some time. I had friends in from out of town and they had never experienced Benihana's so I took them for their first time ever. They absolutely loved it. I highly recommend the Emperor's Feast. Absolutely fantastic.
Although this Beni Hana is not as nice as the one on international drive the service and cooks are much better! Our waitress kept filling our drinks without us having to tell her, the chef was a Cuban young man, very sweet and cooked very good!! If you live a laid back atmosphere this is the Beni Hana to go to. The one on international drive is always to loud and crowded. I will keep going to this one!
If someone in your party is drunk cut that person off but if the other members are paying over $200 for the table ask them what they want drink wise and the manager should personally talk to the one paying and ask if everything was going ok during the dinner.
The food was good the service was good. The downside, it was way too loud. We could not carry on a conversation at our table without shouting. There were two tables that actually shouted across the dining at each other, they were all together as a group of 16(?). I get there is a big group and you were all together, however, there are other people in a 4 table room. Even our chefs stopped to look at what was going on at these other tables, but management did nothing. If Benihana is going to let large groups run the room, I would make sure I am not at a table In those rooms next time. If they can’t tell you in advance or rearrange tables because they know how many tables are booked for a group, I will be dining elsewhere.
This the absolute worse experience I have ever had at Benihana's. I used open table but they did NOT have my reservation or the hostess could not find it. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated and then wait 30 minutes for a chef. He was terrible and seemed inexperienced. I specified that It was my husband's birthday and they did not do anything special. Food is over priced and this Beninhana felt dirty and unsanitary. To top it off I was charged my daughter $6.00 for apple juice!!!
Love Benihana’s but on this occasion the chef was more concerned about entertaining the ONE kid than cooking the food for 8 people. Rice was dry and over-cooked by the time he finished entertaining the kid. Is there a way you can balance entertainment with cooking the meal properly
We were very upset with the last time experience! This place must be under new management, because our first time was so much fun and plenty to eat. Really you’re paying for the food and to be entertained , therefore you should receive both. My husband has cancer and we took a special trip to meet one of his childhood buddy from Cali that was staying at Disney. We got a room at the Hilton just incase he got tired. We remembered how much fun we had with our first time,so suggested to eat dinner at your restaurant again. We needed to try and make this visit fun. Well, that night excitement or entertainment wasn’t coming from our table chef. He was boring and just made our food, as if he was in your kitchen. Also your dinner prices should include a full meal and not Charge extra for a small portion of noodles. Kobe’s has you beat there. Your rice with dinner was aslo a very small portions. I believe we only eat our soup and salad, so your manager didn’t change us. However we walked away without eating dinner.
