Horrible experience. We had been looking forward to this meal all week, but we still didn't even have water an hour after our reservation time. In looking around, we noticed that no one seated before us had food and a few no drinks yet either. We finally made the decision to leave the table and grab dinner at the other on site restaurant. There we were waited on immediately and had food within 10-15 min. We had high hopes for Benihana but sadly have no positives to report.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my life, I will never ever visit again in life. Rude staff and no help at all. Waitress wasted food on mom it was awful.

Chef was nice, everything else was pretty underwhelming for Benihana. Expectations were not high, but missed still.

Made reservations and wanted 1 hr to get seated. After placing order , we waited on appetizers for over 45min. The chef came close to 45-60min after we placed the order. We got drink refills after 45min. Overall poor service and experience especially for the money spent.

Benihana has clearly seen better days. The dining room feels dated and tired, and the broken air-conditioning made the experience uncomfortably warm. Our waiter moved at a snail’s pace and seemed disengaged, offering little enthusiasm or attention throughout the meal. Fortunately, the food itself remained solid—well-seasoned meats and fresh vegetables prepared with the classic teppanyaki flair—but great dishes can’t compensate for sluggish service and a stifling atmosphere. Until the staff regains its energy and the facilities are updated, this location is hard to recommend.

Very slow service. Didn’t start making the food until 1 hour after sitting. Customer service in general lacked. For the cost of the meals, I expected so much more

We often go to Benihana but last night was the worse experience we ever had. The server was disinterested in serving us; and the chicken was tough and the fried rice was lukewarm and not mixed together. Lastly, the price was higher than we paid in Chicago or New York. I would never go there again.

I ordered the Benihana trio and was not served tea and was not served steam rice. Very disappointed regarding that meal. My wife ordered the 5 course meal and was not served tea or steamed rice as well. Rice was served to the other party that was sharing the communal table. Again very disappointed regarding this meal as well. It was my wife’s birthday in which we had a $30 coupon which could not be used due to being a Sunday. I’ll take blame for not reading your fine print. Benihana’s should be ashamed as a whole for this for even offering a coupon that has restrictions.

Needs to be renovated. Service was slow but friendly. Chef was excellent, funny and prepared food well. Big portions food was good, not great. Kobe is much better.

We had to wait an hour past our reservation time to get a table. When we asked how much longer, they kept telling us different amounts of groups were ahead of us instead of being honest.
