   We love dining at Benihana for our birthday celebrations. It’s a very special treat for us and we look forward to it for all of our birthdays and special occasions. The food is exquisite and the experience is fun!

   Our Chef Trevor was just a delight to have. So very personal, with an outgoing personality. He kept us entertained the whole time. Made sure that our food was good and tasty... Great asset to BENIHANA... Keep Trevor, and never let him go. I would drive to this location just to have him as my chef. My wait time was about less than 5 minutes. This was my 1st time to the Ontario BENIHANA!!!! Thanks to TREVOR, I will visit this location AGAIN!!! Good employees are hard to find...

   So let me start where we had a appointment at 615 arrived and didn’t get seated until 7 pm and we had a party of 12 and but since we booked them separately they could not get us 2 tables next to each other unless if we paid 18% gratuity which to me was rude first of all you couldn’t sit us together unless we paid you 18% more and then they made it there job to not to sit the 8 of us together they separated the groups even though my party were only 4 and they made my family members wait just so they can separate the groups because we didn’t want to pay the 18% I know it’s really not much but they couldn’t have been generous with us and we probably would had left 20% but the girl in the front desk was acting like she owned the restaurant so I am totally disappointed with the service they provided and this is why they deserve to treat customers with more values and not seem greedy if I could t rate it 0 stars I would but there is no option and I will no longer visit this location dispute there 2.5 starts on yelp thay they already have .

   Omg everything took forever. My reservation was at 7. I wasn’t seated till 7:45. Didn’t get drinks till after 8 and food closer to 9 pm. I was just hungry and tired by that point.

   The experience was overall ok. The staff was nice even though they got some of the orders wrong. And the prices are getting higher even though the food portions seem to be getting smaller. Yes, I will go again to celebrate my birthday. Also, they stopped the complementary birthday pictures..I got all dressed up for nothing!!

    Make a reservation and arrived about 30 mins before our reservation and yet we end up waiting for a good one hour! I spoke to the manager and she didn’t even apologize and just making excuse that she cannot just throw people out to open space. I don’t how got your food it is important to treat your client with respect and deserve better.
