I had a reservation at this establishment for 7:00 PM, yet we didn't get seated until 7:28 PM. It took until 7:35 PM for the server to take our drink order and we didn't receive our drinks until 7:55 PM. Our food order was taken at 7:50 PM. However the chef wasn’t available until 8:15 PM and then left at 8:45 PM having prepared our order incorrectly. I brought the issue to the management's attention at 8:45 PM after our server asked about the order at 8:48 PM. We were told by 8:50 PM that the server had missed the order and they asked if we still wanted the chef to come out to which we agreed. At 8:53 PM, the server returned to inform us that the food was being prepared in the kitchen. Even more frustrating at 9:27 PM we were told that the food order was once again incorrect and would need to be remade. At this point, I spoke with a manager who offered to "comp" the meal a meaningless gesture since we had not received the food. They offered 15% off the check, which was a disappointing solution considering the circumstances. The management's refusal to show genuine empathy for the situation only added to the dissatisfaction. They made the situation worse by trying to divert blame onto a food allergy that they had been informed of, rather than attempting to properly address and resolve the issue. This lack of empathy and accountability made us feel unwelcome and unwanted. After such a poor experience and even poorer customer service, we paid and left, very disappointed with how the management handled everything. I would not recommend this place to others based on this experience.

Great experience w Gina, Ezequiel (cook) and Joshy our waiter. The wait even though we made a reservation was a bit long but Gina made sure we were taking care of, after the inconvenience. Our cook Ezequiel made sure our experience while dinning was fun. Joshy took care of us w drinks and was attentive. In overall great experience. The place itself needs renovation for sure.

great people amazing chef food was so good. needs to update the sauces and refresh the interior maybe. lemon drop martini was no tasty seemed the sweet and sour was fake and husband had an old fashion that was all wrong. Overall it was a bit more pricey then I had hoped.

Unfortunately we had a pretty unpleasant experience on this outing. Halfway through, the power went out and stayed out. Our chef continued to cook our food with the light of our cell phones. The food was outstanding my compliments to the chef. Everything else fell apart. Or we could drink with water because the soda machines weren’t working due to the power outage. It was my son‘s birthday. He didn’t even get his birthday Experience and had to use his $30 off birthday certificate. No ice cream, no singing, no picture, and without the air conditioning running it got extremely hot in the room. I know these things happen so I don’t hold it against them. We will be back again. It was just a bummer on this day.

We arrived for a7:30pm reservation and we waited close to 30 mins to get seated then the chef never came over another person at our table went to see what was happening then about 5 mins later a person said they didn’t tell me to come to this table sorry then they took our drink and food order. Took forever to get the drinks and soup/salad then the process of cooking the food at the table is slow but the food is great it is very loud and Smokey in the restaurant .
