   The host was very friendly and accommodating. They kept me and other parties updated. The server was on top of our drinks without even having to ask. The chef was funny and personable, and very impressive.

   A bit pricey so it will not be on my weekly 'go to' list but I had a coupon and that softens the pain. Great place for special occasions. We have been going there for many years and always look forward to our visit.

    Our waiter was terrible after we received our food we did not see our server for the rest of the night. He looked at our table and walked away. The manager had to come bring us to go stuff and our tickets. Never once did anyone give us a explanation or apology why our server never came back to our table. We were a table with all African American people he had 2 tables down from us who were all Caucasian and he provided all their needs. Me and my husband will never be coming back and we will make sure to tell everyone about our experience. Hate to say it but some of the servers and manager provided better service to Caucasians especially if you wore a suit.

    It was a really good experience. Two was our cook-his name may be mispelled. Sorry. He did a great job! He was energetic and friendly. Cooked our food just the way we wanted it and my husband can be very particular! :) Natalie was very very helpful as well.

    For the past 12 years, I've been celebrating my birthday at Benihana. On the 7th I returned once again to celebrate my 70th birthday (a big milestone). Much to my disappointment, shortly after the chef finished cooking the meal, people started coming by to clean off the table - I was still eating. There were still two couples remaining at the table and the waitress brought us our checks. She never offered any sherbert nor did anyone come to the table to sing 'happy, happy, happy.' We had to inquire about the sherbert ourselves. Both me and my husband felt as though we were being rushed out off our seats. I doubt I'll be returning next year as it did not feel very celebratory this time around.

    So disappointed that they no longer do the Benihana show. There was no flaming onion or anything exciting. that’s the only reason we went there. I ordered filet mignon and there is no way I got filet mignon. I’m thinking that they must’ve mixed mine up with the kids food because my steak was tough and rubbery did not even look like fillet. The rice had three huge scoops of garlic butter, though I love garlic butter the rice was swimming in it. it was just so much I couldn’t eat it.

    Server was polite, yet overwhelmed. I did NOT order fried rice, rather steamed rice with my meal. The steamed rice came out, after I finished my meal. Beverages were not refilled. When restaurants charge a premium for their food/service, I do not accept "understaffed" as a reasonable defense.

    Please hire customer oriented waiters. I’m very upset at the price I paid for the service I received. It was very unpleasant. The restaurant wasn’t exactly clean. I understand the restaurant is a busy place. I can’t begin to describe how upset I was due to how the waiter treated my niece and I. It took us 2 hours to get food and leave. Waiter was watching videos on his phone and very rude. He bumped into me but he did apologize. He did not being the other party at my table until almost 30 minutes later. No bags. We carried all of our food out in our hands. I’m very upset.

    The food was amazing and it was fun to watch the chef, who seemed to enjoy cooking our food. He entertained us the whole time he cooked. We had a really good time interacting with the others at the table as well as the chef.

    We stated we were celebrating a birthday but they never even acknowledged the birthday child. We were told they would sing Happy Birthday but nothing was done. Service took way too long to even begin the cooking & our cook didn't really engage with anyone at our table. We used to love Benihana Hibachi but don't see us coming back due to the poor service.

    The hostess is somewhat rude. She seems to acknowledge the white people before the black ones without taking into account or finding out is first. I’ve experienced this on more than one occasion and this is the first time I’ve been given a survey for feedback. Last evening was no different. When my party and another lady, which was white, was standing at the check in she acknowledged the white lady even though I was standing directly in front of her face because I was first and the lady was behind me to the side.

    We have been going to Benihana’s for decades & this is the far most worst experience we have had. Have been celebrating our son’s birthday here since he was 6, and he is now 22. It took an hour to get soup or salad- and this is because I had to speak to the manager, which did go above and beyond once she was aware of the issue. They were not busy- the couples we had sitting next to us where ordering a ton of shots and drinks - and the waitress stayed focused on them the whole night. Not once did she fill our drinks- we ended up staying only because of the manager & her willingness to help the situation. Once we had our food, it was excellent but we where rushed since they where already closed & the waitress’s lake of managing her time.
