Both server and chef were excellent. The food, however, was average. Benihana's recipes are slightly different than what we are used to and took some adjustment. We will probably choose a different restaurant the next time we want hibachi.

Food was good but the service was poor. We didn't even get our salad. Extremely noisy. Felt sorry for the cook who kept bumping into the chef at the table next to us because of how little room he had to move around.

It was very busy and the waitress forgot to bring our salads before the chef arrived. We were there for two hours and had to wait quite a long time before the chef started cooking. Food was excellent though, as always. Worth the wait.

Our service was terrible. We waited over an hour before we even could order our food. Our chef was really great though.

The chef was extremely rude, the waiter didn’t listen and take the order accordingly. The chicken was dry he burned the rice.

Customer Service was terrible. We had a reservation for 2 people at 6:30 but we didn't get a chef until 8:00 there was another family siting at our table as well so it was a total of 5 people. I looked around and noticed that people who sat down after us received service before we did. We had to wait for our drinks because they didn't have any clean glasses. How does a restaurant like this that require a reservation run out of clean glasses? Our waiter which was a new guy was terrible. After he brought our drinks and salad we never saw him again. The manager brought our ticket to pay and started rushing us after we waited almost 2 hours to eat I guess because they still had people waiting to be seated it was 9:00 at this point. Never again.

Loved it, went for our 7th wedding anniversary and we would definitely attend again. Saran was a great cook and Karen I believe our servers name was, was great.

The cook took 40 minutes to come and start cooking. I couldn’t believe it. This has never happened before. I was so upset. I won’t be back for a while

I was surprised how the host/possible manager allowed 2 ladies a seat ahead of us after he asked for if they had reservations they said no he said he had to seat his 6 o’clock reservations first but for some reason decided to seat them and when he returned to find I had a reservation I had to sit and wait to be seated. I’ve always been told to wait until reservations sat first. He seems new because I’ve not seen him there before. Other than a longer wait than normal, everything else was ok

My zucchini and onions were burnt. It was disappointing. And the cook didn’t put on a show. No interaction at all. I won’t be back for a while.

Benihanas never fails to please. The food is always fantastic, the chef was awesome and entertaining. I had a birthday coupon for my meal and selected the Hibachi beef filet as did my partner. We were served the soup, salad, entrée and shrimp while watching the chef prepare it. The hostess-Karen- was so awesome, she was pleasant, friendly and helpful. She seated us and took my Sushi order. I ordered the Las Vegas roll which was delicious and was served quickly. Karen also was serving the other guest and making everyone laugh. She went out of her way refilling my water and checking on us while also waiting on the other tables. It had been an extremely busy night but Karen remained calm and very pleasant. We had selected the Hibachi service and knew it usually takes time for each chef to prepare the meals at each table, so when you go, be patient, as there usually is a wait for your chef. I would still rank this Benihanas a 10+ even with the wait.

I always love going to Benihana’s. Especially now, since my wife has a gluten allergy. They were so accommodating and caring due to her allergy. They didn’t make us feel like an inconvenience at all and wanted to make sure we had a great experience. To top it off, the food was tremendous. Large portions, great seasoning.

Everything was good. Found pieces of plastic in two of our alcoholic drinks. Other than that, it was ok.

Server was great!! Food was good I guess but the wait staff do a really good job of taking care of the customer!!!

Took my grandchildren and it was a great experience for them and for me. Entertaining and fun. The food is delicious. They sang to the birthday boy and gave him ice cream with a candle. They are very safety conscious and followed all the restrictions and guidelines which made the experience even better.

My chef was awesome! I love the way he interacted with my family. He made us feel welcome & treated us like family. He talked to us the entire time. Our server Karen was enthusiastic, bubbly, and very prompt. She made our experience wonderful!
