We made reservations for 8pm because our 5 year old had never been here and was excited. We drove 35 minutes to get there and arrived right at 8. The host told us it would be 25 minutes because they were backed up land I said that was fine. 40 minutes later we were still waiting and was not given and update by anybody. I went back up to the host and asked for an update and be said there were still 4 parties ahead of us. By now we were starving and our daughter was tired so we left disappointed. The host tried to give me a coupon for a free appetizer but I said don't bother because we won't be back. What's the point if having a reservation if they won't honor it. The whole place was unorganized and dirty! The bathrooms were disgusting. We will never ever go back and you shouldn't either. The worst part was our daughter was let down.

The only thing that wasn’t nice what that I made a reservation at 8:45pm but we only sat down at 9:20pm....
If there is a reservation there is a reason but either then that everything else was perfect!

We were seated 45 minute after our 8pm reservation. After being seated, our server was quick and efficient with drink orders and soup and salad... then another long 25 minutes before chef took our cooking requests. Recommending to either accept the longer than acceptable wait with reservations, or go get take out. The management should have better control over the flow of diners and plan for full staff during busy dinner hours.

We went on a very busy night and the restaurant was a madhouse. We go to benihana for the experience, food is second to that. Our cook wa being hurried by the management so he threw all the food on the cooktop at the same time....no fancy knife work with the shrimp, no fun throwing shrimp tails, etc....just cooked it all and threw it on plates...they were out of bowls for rice so they threw it on a plate and served everything on top of it, the cook never got a slip from the waiter and 2 of our 5 didnt even get the correct meal. We had food allergies that were not tended too....it was an all around bad night.

Had to wait 45 minutes to get seated and we had a reservation. I find that very unprofessional. Aurelio the cook was great and the food was delicious but I’ll probably visit the Anaheim location next time instead of this one.

Food was blah. I ordered Deluxe Treat: Filet with lobster tail. I’ve never seen anyone mince a filet before. Meat that tender doesn’t need to be cut like I was a little kid. Volcano onion was just 2 rings on top of each other. Something about this guy was off.

Had a great time with our server and Andrew our chef. His food was amazing and so was his personality. He was very accommodating as we had 2 small children at our table. Will be back to request Andrew.
