Well our reservation was for 6:30 and we didn’t sit down till 7:26, then when we were told to walk over to our table the manager on shift passive aggressively told us we were in her way while she tried to fit 3 more chairs in at an already full table. Food was great though.

The chef I had this time around was ok. MY 1st time I went to this spot my food was great. I cant say the same for this time.

we had a fun time at the restaurant. it is crowded and noisy, but that is part of the fun. the food was really good, and overall i think it is a great place to celebrate a birthday or something. not a great place for a romantic meal or a date

Great birthday dinner. Great entertainment and the food was delicious! Only downside is having to do laundry as soon as we got home to stop smelling dinner!

Fantastic Melissa! Our goal is to create great guest memories. We are pleased to hear we were able to do so for you and your family.
We had an 8:15 reservation. We arrived a few minutes early and had to wait over an hour.
There were what looked like a hundred+ people all who had reservations who were waiting as long, if not longer than us.
I have not seen such a poorly managed restaurant like that in years. The staff told us it is like that every weekend.
Reservations mean nothing as they completely overbook.
Once we finally got to sit, the food and hibachi experience was OK but NOT worth the awful wait. Will never go there again or recommend it.

The service was REALLY Bad. We had a reservation and still had to wait an hour. People who were waiting were hovering over our table because there was no room for them to stand. Still good food, but disappointing service.
