It was great. I loved it. The service was good. The voice level was great and there was no wait

Horrible service from host to manager and everyone in between best service was the bus boy.

Neither Google or official website appropriately stated if the restaurant was offering dine in or hibatchi services. Also, for them to not offer hibatchi (for fair reasons), you should have to pay hibatchi prices. Payment processing was a nightmare too.

Waitress was unknowledgable about menu and prices. Expected guests with dead phones to be able to QR scan menu. Drinks were also stated as free refills but waitress heavily implied that guest at table could only get 2. Overall, not a good experience. Partly pandemic, mostly bad inefficient service.

Great place , service and food was outstanding everything was a good price not expensive.

The environment was great. Service was great. Food was amazing. The only problem I had was we wasn't offer any sauce with our food. No refills of water

Enjoyed the food and the chef's entertainment. Downside, I left with an unpleasant grill odor on my clothes, and the room we sat in was a bit confined

The food here was not appetizing at all. Would never come back to this location. The Benihana on Long Island has better food

The hibachi was over peppered and not as flavorful as it usually is but none the less it was enjoyable.

No point in making reservations, they still make you wait . Went with a party of five, ended up waiting 30 minutes to be seated.

It was my daughter’s birthday.

We really had a great time. The food, service and entertainment were all as expected . The only issue was we were sharing a table with another couple. We didn’t expect that during COVID.

Not the usual Benihana vibe...unfortunate due to Covid. Was still fun but hibachi steak tasted a bit off (while the filet tasted great)

I was hesitant to go during Covid-19 but there was only my party at the table and I saw a lot of effort being made to ensure my health and safety...and a lot of effort made to let me see with my own eyes that Benihana cares about my health and safety. For this reason I will be back to help support them through these difficult times. Many Thanks.

It’s was my beautiful daughters 14th! Birthday! And my 17th month old 1st time in a restaurant ever! Lol very enjoyable wonderful playful stomach filling evening! Worth every penny

Terrible experience

My last visit to Benihana was March 2020...I'm so glad I came back. My meal was amazing! I can't wait to visit again.

I love coming to Benihana for my Chef’s table dining experience on my birthday! So yummy! Lemon drop was also amazing!

The food and atmosphere is wonderful. Benihana’s is following protocol for Covid-19. Everyone is wearing masks and gloves. I will be back.

I went in for lunch, and the base prices have increased by about 25%, while the amount of food included has decreased.
The scan icon did not take me to the menu, so I had no idea what anything cost. Getting that information from the waitress was like pulling teeth.
Fried rice is no longer included with lunch, and she was very evasive when I asked her repeatedly how much extra it would cost. She kept saying, “A dollar or two,” while trying to upsell the chicken fried rice, ignoring my questions about the vegetable fried rice. After arguing with me for several minutes, I insisted she go check. She was WAY off.
The lunch that used to be $16 is now $20, with an additional $4.50 for vegetable fried rice and $5.50 for the chicken fried rice that she kept insisting I order. Then she lied to me and said she was thinking of the children’s menu.
I left. It was going to be a treat in this stressful time, and she ruined the entire experience. Spending $10 more for less— along with her shady service— sucked the joy right out of it.

It was okay not the best food but it’s passable

The salad had a sauce which tasted salty and the rice was under cooked , to pay extra for fried rice , it should've been fried . Also, he served the vegetables first which became cold before I got my full meal

Benihana is a great place to eat...I went there with my husband for the first time and the food and drinks were great, very clean and comfortable and friendly, we plan to go back again, I give them 5 🌟 s.

The food was good and the server was great. The chef mad the food good but did not have as much energy as I expected.

Daughters birthday

Did not like having to wait for another party's rsrv in order to eat. We were a party of 2 at 4pm. Asked to get there early due to election decision. We made it 4pm on the dot to be told our table is being prepared they will text us. Then approx 30mins later, I go back to chk on the table b/c no text rcvd, and the hosts say yes your table is ready. To go upstairs and be met with a table of 3 guys. My sugg is if you have parties booking around the same time and you want a full table of 5 or more, let the party know you are awaiting members from a slightly later party to fill the table. Also hate the COVID-19 time cap.

A bit pricey but wow, so much food. Great service, and the taste- so good!
