Great food but the server was not very attentive, I have had better experience at this restaurant. Was a bit disappointed…. The chef was great .

We were not seated until around 6:40pm when we had a reservation at 5:00pm. Our last two guests arrived at 5:20pm. Ridiculous to wait over an extra hour.

I have been coming to this location for years!! Its always a pleasant experience. This day I happen to go to redeem a birthday certificate. I went for an early dinner with my parents. We all had a great time, the food was tasty, and the chef was nice.

We had an amazing time at Benihana! The food was absolutely excellent — flavorful, fresh, and cooked to perfection right in front of us. The service was truly on point; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our meal. I would definitely recommend this location to family, friends, and anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. It’s the perfect place to enjoy great food and quality time with your loved ones. We’ll definitely be back!

Made reservations for 8pm for my daughter’s birthday and didn’t get seated until after 9pm. Kept getting the run around from Xavier the hostess and all 3 worthless managers were walking around clueless. Every so called manager gave me a different excuse, one I left speechless that he couldn’t answer my questions and walked away from me. Then the hostess wants to argue with my daughter about his lies and misinformation about the wait time. Managers didn’t care and need training in customer service and appointment management.

The dinner was delicious, as always. The service was great and we almost had no waiting time. I also received a birthday gift coupon which was very appreciated. Will we go back to the Miramar Benihana? Absolutely!
