The chef did not have any enthusiasm to cook or provide a decent show for our table . He said “chu….” Didn’t even finish the chu chu … he then forwent to create a heart , and destroyed it immediately after .. didn’t even pump the heart or even say anything interesting .

Front attendant was not welcoming. The cook looked like he didn’t want to be there and was giving more food portions to one side of the table compared to us. This is not the typical experience I’m used to at this restaurant. It was really disappointing as I was celebrating my mom’s birthday!

We waited over 45min for our table, even though we had a reservation and arrived 5min early. After our toddler licked every possible dirty thing from the boredom of waiting, they finally took us to a table they was filthy and not cleaned from the previous party. We then got told to go wait AGAIN! 5min later, we were seated. Not only did they raise their prices, serve smaller portions, and now charge for fried rice?!! The dinner service was very much rushed. The cook did not offer any form of performance… made the food in less than 10min. Waiter asked about or dessert choices before we were even done with our main meal. At the end, we waited longer than the whole mealtime took place. Honestly, the restaurant lost their “passion and heart”. It’s very much filled with miserable and unhappy staff, thus, making the whole experience horrible for the guests.

We made reservations the day before for 0630pm. We get there and we are told the table will be ready and they will let us know. 30mins later I go check how much longer and they don’t want to tell me, they just say “you’ll be informed with the table is ready, 0615 people still need to be seated. SO WHAT IS THE POINT OF A RESERVATION AGAIN?!? Just tell me from the start it will take approx X amount of time instead of keeping it from me. An hour later we get to our table and it’s a total of 3 parties. I almost sat on someone’s lap to fit on the table. RIDICULOUS.

We have been to this location many times I had a good experience. This time we had a chef by the name of Q. She was disrespectful to our table and even had to be dismissed during service by her manager. the whole dining experience was awkward, and ruin my daughter’s birthday.

We had a reservation at 7:30 which was great. We got seated before 7:30 and received our appetizers and drinks, soup and salad by 7:50. We were given nonstop excuses why we had no chef. Then we were told it was a new hibachi chef and that’s why we were not serviced and the manager would come to the table and compensate with a discount off the bill. Surprise surprise no manager. 8:50 came and we decided to leave and no apologies just horrible service. Which is quite shocking.

Our reservation was at 6:45 we did not get a cook until 8pm . They notified us they were down 3 chefs . The food was great our chef was awesome. The women’s bathroom was very dirty . Paper towels and toilet paper everywhere . Overall I would give this location 3 stars .

This location is absolutely ridiculous. Not enough chefs, servers don’t come to the table. The price is really high. The standards of Benihana have gone away. The chefs don’t even give a show anymore. You guys should be embarrassed. Your management must be horrible to allow employees to conduct themselves in such a manner. Will not be returning to this location ever. Japan inn will now be a better choice. Rocky Aoki would be turning over in his grave if he knew this was going on.

I visit often but last night was a horrible experience we sat and waited 1 hr 10min before anyone came to cook. After the long wait the chef didn't smile once and never started with the fire or did any kind of show. We were there for a bday party and our entire party of 8 were extremely disappointed after spending $489+

This place is not the same anymore. It’s gotten old and dirty. The plates came out dirty and had to be replaced. Seats smelled old. The chef did not time cooking the food good and the steak came out 15 min before any of the sides. The server also missed white rice for some of the table after everyone had finished eating. Worst part is how much oil was used leaving my stomach messed up the next morning. Not worth it anymore.

When they sat us they tried to fit 6 chairs in a space for 5 chairs. It would ahve been very uncomfortable to sit there. We refused. It had already been a 30 minutes past our reservation time. We left the restaurant and a employee came out and told us they had a table for us.

My server Katia was amazing, but our chef Q was not so pleasant to begin with. She made a random color remark at the table as if we were Racist! Later she proceeded to make the food and was rushing and no entertainment towards the kids on the table what so ever like in the past with all the other chefs…. She killed the vibe of dinner, was very serious and looked like she was having a bad day! Unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience, worse or all it was a birthday celebration that was boring and dry.

Had a reservation and was not seated until about 45 minutes after the reservation time. After being seated, we waited 20 minutes with no waiter. The manager came and had to get someone to wait on us. We were given soup and salad with no silverware. Had to request silverware. Been there plenty of times and this was the worst experience considering it was my wife's birthday, We had to make the best of it.

The service is terrrible at this location. The manager Diana doesn’t care. They don’t manage reservations properly. I sat down 1 hour after my reservation. Normally the cooks are entertaining. My cook seemed miserable.
