The food always amazes us, but we are reminded just how much we dislike the wait. Even though our reservations were at 8, we weren’t even seated til 830 with soup arriving at 9:00. Plus the noise level was very high. I almost couldn’t hear the person next to me.
Everything was good except for the chef. He was very quiet and did not excite anyone in the table. First time I experience this. Every other chef I’ve had is A1 with entertainment, cooking etc ..
Came here for Valentine’s Day and it was very nice! The complimentary valet made it very easy to get inside with no worries. We were seated within 5-10 minutes after arriving and the service was awesome.
I like going here to celebrate my birthday and i always get the lobster and filet. Everything always tastes amazing! Some chefs are more entertaining than others, but it's still always a good time. It was super busy on this night but we still got great service. Can't wait to go back.
Chef Elisze was horrible. Did no tricks. Food was not well cooked.

The chef was speeding trough the menu without following the sequence of the menu.
During the evening he got into an argument with another chef, very embarrassing and unprofessional!
My daughters first choice for going to dinner is always Benihana, not anymore!

It could have been better. My chicken was over cooked. My food was cold by the time I received my chicken that had to be recooked because it was dry and hard.
food was good, server did a good job was very friendly, table cook did not do any of the show cooking and did not talk or be friendly, there was a cat someone had brought in sitting at the bar with someone. Did not like animals in a place to eat. hostess acted like they were doing us a favor for us to eat there

The food was horrible. My noudles said mix vegetables and ot only had cabbage and green onions. I think we can say tbats mix vegetables.

Didn’t get seated on time. Cocktails awful waiter took so long to bring drinks including a coke.
Went downstairs for happy hour first. HH was ok. Went upstairs to eat, table was crammed and seating was tight. My chair was broken seat was ripped. Bathroom was disgusting, I was forced to use one stall without a lock on the door. The stall next to mine was filthy, made me sick. Reported to our waiter and two other waiters, they couldn’t be bothered. This was before dinner, couldn’t eat any of my food after the bathroom ordeal.
Food is excellent. But the service was disappointing. The waitress disappeared throughout the whole meal and never offered if we wanted more drinks or needed anything. Really bad service. They had me waiting for an hour because the cheff wasn't available.

Worst dining experience in Miami. We waited over an hour for our table. Once we were sat at our table, it took the restaurant over 20 mins to take our order. Terrible management. There was police on call at the restaurant to settle fights and disputes. This restaurant is not safe and a beyond terrible a dining experience. Food was overly salted and the chef used an obscene amount of butter. Beware!!!
Always a great time, the food is good and consistent. No one leaves hungry.
hey OPEN TABLE....just need to tell you. We called because we drove by and decided we'd like to eat there. When we called we were told they were booked for the evening. Nothing was available. I saw on my Google search a spot that said "make a reservation." I didn't know ANYTHING about OPEN TABLE. I decided to give it a try. It made a reservation for us within the next 25 minutes. We were so excited. Once we arrived, we waited literally five minutes, and were seated. What an awesome experience!!! Great program. Thank you, Open Table.
Server/waiter was excellent. His name was three letters, like D-O-L. I can't remember, but wish I could. I even told the manager he was excellent, and is an asset. Hopefully he is recognized and promoted.
I had better experience at this restaurant before. At the beginning they said we cannot get inside. Then, they realized we had a reservation. The person who guided us to the table was very rough. My daughters complained about that as well. The server and cooker were nice, food was good . I know that the reservation was late, but we didn’t feel as appreciated customers at all.
We did reservation and our Table is already only one hour after time of reservation, because there are no cookers enough at that night.
The food is great, the tepan yaki is very loud though......good value

Unfriendly Hostesses at front desk .. long wait in uncomfortable area .. very dirty bathrooms.. the entire place needs a deep cleaning.. not customer friendly..
The only saving grace was Julia.. our table hostess who was very friendly and attentive and Chef Fusan tried his best ..
