Still don’t know why they try to squeeze 10 people in a 8 seat table , when your not comfortable to move your arms or eat . The server got everyone’s order wrong on to later tell the chef she wrote them backwards. And out of place. The Food was amazing and the Chef Good , but the server and the Bar staff need do step up

Shame on me for trying this again after our first terrible experience. Came here about 6 months ago, dinner took about 2 hours, figured we caught them on an off night. Came back tonight for my friend’s birthday. My husband works nights and leaves for work at 10:30, we live 5 minutes away. He said to enjoy a night with friends and bring him home dinner. We had a 7:45pm reservation. Got there table wasn’t ready, sat at the bar ordered 3 drinks and appetizers. Table was ready at 8. Sat down, an hour later still no chef. My friend goes and says something to the manager. 15 minutes more go by no chef. At this point I go up to the manager who is clueless. “Let me see if I can find you a chef” verbatim. Also adding another guest from the same table as us is also coming up to here to complain. At this point it’s 9:15. Just as we are getting ready to walk out the chef comes so we sit back down. Half way through cooking, we had to ask for the check because it was 10:10 they still hadn’t cooked my friends steak and we were getting nervous. Server brinks the bill for $360 for 3 people and a Togo dinner. $65 additional for hibachi fried rice on top of the entree price. Are you kidding me?? A bag if large rice is $6 how do you even justify charging that. We had to then wait for the server to talk tothe manager who only offered 20% a 3 hour experience. Save your money. Go anywhere else but here. Not to mention got home and looked at mill and its was incorrect! The had charged us the guy next to us who ordered two fried rice hibachis and a Diet Coke, charged us his on our bill so today I get the pleasure of going back to fix my bill. Disaster. Avoid at all costs. Thank goodness we decided not to bring our children aged 3 and 11, that would have been the icing.

Dinner at Benihana is more than a meal — it’s a whole experience! From the moment we sat down, the energy was amazing. The chefs are super talented and entertaining (loved the onion volcano trick 🔥). Everything was cooked right in front of us, fresh and flavorful. The hibachi steak was perfectly done, the fried rice was chef’s kiss, and even the sauces were on point. It’s the perfect spot for a fun date night or dinner with friends. Definitely coming back!

Value and menu changes were poor. Value of what we got is very little and won’t return. Service was lackluster

The customer service was horrible we had reservations and had to wait 35 mins before we were seated then waited 15 minutes before the waiter came to take our order the service was horrible we never got our food the chef never came to the table I will never return to that Benihana again

1/2 hr. wait for table (with a reservation) 3/4 hr. wait until soup is served… slow chef… 1/2 hour wait for check and birthday (SONG ONLY)… BECAUSE THEY ARE OUT OF ICE CREAM! 1/2 hr. wait to pay bill… went to front to pay as I got tired of waiting at table… to wait another 15 minute’s for manager to approve screwed up birthday certificate discount! ALMOST 3 hour’s for mediocre food! NEVER AGAIN (and I never write reviews)

Me encantó este restaurante!!!! El lugar es maravilloso, súper cómodo, acogedor y si eliges estar en la terraza tiene una vista increíble!! La atención super amable y la comida es espectacular, realmente todo delicioso y sabores muy novedosos! Ricos los tragos también, lo disfrutamos muchísimo de principio a fin!!!
