   Excellent service from everyone... host stand, server, managers (2), and Chef Woo was outstanding! The food was cooked in front of us hibachi style and was delicious!!! We cannot wait to go back on our next visit to Miami!

   Fue la peor experiencia ! Nunca llegó un mesero a a tendernos a la zona de las mesas regulares ! Nunca llegó la comida que pedimos ! Todo el tiempo tuve que ir a suplicar que me atendieran ! Que me trajeran la comida ! Pasamos Muchísimo tiempo en el restaurante ! Al final me trajeron mal la cuenta también ! Cobrándonos cosas que habíamos pedido y nunca llegaron ! La comida llegó fría y tiesa ! Acabé literal pelándome para que ya pudiera pagar e irme ! El peor servicio ! Y eso que siempre vamos al Benihana de San Diego ! Y nos en encanta ! Pero el Benihana de Miami es el peor restaurante en el que he estado en mi vida !

Lo que describe está muy lejos de los estándares que nos esforzamos por mantener y entendemos completamente su frustración. Nos disculpamos sinceramente por la falta de atención, la demora en el servicio, los errores en la cuenta y la calidad de la comida. Ya hemos compartido sus comentarios con nuestro equipo de gestión en Miami para que tomen medidas correctivas inmediatas.    Great experience ! OG our chef was the best, interacted with all the servers that ranged from 60-4 years old . Two of my family members had never been to Behinana and they loved it . Pleasantly surprised on how fresh and amazing their sushi rolls were . Def must try the Las Vegas roll . Also the espresso martinis are to die for .

   Had an amazing time at Benihana in Miami my group of girls! We ended up staying for a few hours because the vibes were great. The drinks were on point—strong, flavorful, and kept coming! The food didn’t disappoint either. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked right in front of us with that signature Benihana flair. Our chef was super entertaining, and the staff made sure we were taken care of the entire night. Definitely a fun spot for a group outing

   I had a very upsetting experience at the Benihana location in North Miami on April 22, 2025. I was dining with my one-year-old son, expecting an enjoyable and family-friendly evening. Unfortunately, what unfolded was far from that. During our meal, there was a serious verbal altercation between a restaurant employee and a customer. The exchange was loud, aggressive, and incredibly uncomfortable — especially with a young child present. The situation escalated to the point where the police had to be called, creating a chaotic and tense atmosphere for everyone in the restaurant. This completely ruined our night. It was hard to focus on the meal or enjoy the experience when I was more concerned about the safety and well-being of my son. The staff did not do much to de-escalate or reassure guests, and the incident seemed to go on far longer than it should have. I’ve always associated Benihana with good food and fun entertainment, but this experience was completely the opposite. I truly hope this was an isolated event, but I won’t be returning to this location after what happened.

   I was in BENIHANA quite a few years ago and I had a wonderful experience. Back in Miami We decide f to return but evidently the management or ownership had changed. Poor service (Moe was the only one Who cared for the Guests and took care of them) All the other people working there including the hostess seemed to mind their own business. Even the chef was not in the mood to entertain the guests. He cooked in silence ; only once tried to surprise doing a heart with the rice. Even the quality and flavor of the food was not great. It’s a shame because it used to be a very elegant and top restaurant with excellent service and top quality food. It was a true disappointment.

   Overall excellent restaurant for all occasions, meeting people, at your table never met before, food fundable, atmosphere, amazing the chef's magical technics, scenery outside stunning. Staff very friendly. Check out you will be back again and again.
