I loved the full experience from the beginning until the end. The host were very nice and the waiter Ashley was also very welcoming. The chef was funny so made the whole experience even better! Overall, had a great time and a happy belly. ◡̈

Reservation at 8pm. Was sat and no one said hello, brought us water, took an order or even acknowledged us before 8:40pm. I had to go get the manager. On top of that, a server brought out bowls on the same tray with dirty dishes from other tables. My girl was disgusted and we left. We went to the Coral Gables location. Completely different experience.

Our visit yesterday was after almost two years and a horrific experience at that time. My wife, who loves Hibachi was hopeful since enough time had passed, we would hopefully have a better experience. I must say they didn’t disappoint, this visit‘s experience was just as bad, if not worse than our last one. Don’t even know where to begin, from the long wait for drinks, the hour and half waiting at the table for a Chef, the lack of experience visibly noticeable from the Chef, to the lack of interest displayed by manager on duty, when we brought our concerns to her attention. Horrible experience all around. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

We went to Benihana for a girls’ night out, and it was such a blast! The food was delicious as always, but what really made the night special was our chef, Wes. He was super fun, energetic, and so attentive to everyone at the table. He kept us laughing the whole time and made the experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place with great vibes, tasty food, and entertaining chefs, definitely check out Benihana—and if you’re lucky enough to get Chef Wes, you’re in for a treat!

Tonight was a little bit busy but I definitely enjoyed seeing all of the families and the graduates. The overall experience was wonderful. I can’t wait until my next visit. I loved seeing all of the family vibes.

Horrible. Will not be returning to the location. They did not have anything like sodas or lemonade they also did not have fried onions for the soup. Service was also horrible.
