    7:30 reservation and the attendant says give me a few minutes that turned into 20 minutes before I asked where are you on the reservation. She responded there are 4 tables ahead of you and we’re waiting on Chefs… Really? Please hire and pay people enough to come to work so you can give your clients what they pay for every time!

    Eric is an exceptional cook! He has a wonderful personality! The food was perfect! Couldn’t ask for better. The ladies waiting on us were great! We had a wonderful time!

    We sat at a table a long time before the food preparation. And it was hot in the restaurant. Very uncomfortable to just sit there and wait. On the Flip side, Jose was a fabulous chef.

    Hello Father’s Day the air wasn’t working well. Our server barely came back to the table. Plates and silverware were not cleaned. Food was everywhere on the floor. Are chef was nice and welcoming. Not sure what happen to Benihanas excellence; I was shocked. The people at our table we were sharing had a disable person in a chair she was cramped into the side of the half booth table. It’s was wild Sunday. .

    From the door to entire restaurant, dirty doors, floors. Order was incorrect when we received and waited for entree. Ordered Long Island iced teas and they were horrible and taste was not correct. Bartender multi tasking; kitchen, server and bartender.

    Everything was great starting with the reservation, the staff was the absolute Best. The drinks was great , the food was the Best like always and the customer service was through the roof meaning above a 10. I would highly suggest you choose Benihana for a group or party place to meet or celebrate a birthday or event you have with a group of 10 or more. THEY ACCOMMODATED ME AND MY ENTOURAGE TO THE FULLEST!!!

    Our chef was excellent! We always try to get Jose to be our cook. He cooks everything the way you like it. He has an exceptional personality! Our meal was excellent! The manager came by to take pictures which was very nice! Their sauces are wonderful!
