Me and my loved it. This was our lunch date today. We never visited and boy I tell you I’m still full and got left overs both of us 😍!
We love Benihana! Arrived with my birthday girl daughter, myself, and her two friends. We waited for a while, longer than necessary, to meet our waitress and order drinks. They came, and she went. When she finally returned to take our orders, we ordered and waited for the chef. He was okay. Surely not Benihana quality. No tricks, no flaming onion volcano, no shrimp in the mouth. Nothing. When he was finally done, he asked me if I had cash for a cook tip. SERIOUSLY? Did I have cash to hand him as a tip? I told him I'd settle up in the end. Then - where was our waitress? Glasses had been empty for a while, no dishes cleared. After she appeared again, and got ice cream for the girls, she brought the bill. I waited there for twelve minutes to pay using a credit card. The girls had long finished, had used the rest room, etc. We were ready to go. I ended up paying in cash and leaving. No one said a word to us. I could have ditched the bill and no one would have been the wiser. Terrible, awful service. I'll never return.

Our waiter and cook was awesome! The girls at the front desk were not friendly nor helpful. We went in not knowing we had to have reservations. We went out the door to discuss where we would go. Another family went in without reservations and came back out to make reservations online. They told us how to make them and said the girls were rude to them also. For years, the girls at the desk have always been rude! But we love the food, so we still go occasionally.
Horrible service. I would never recommend anyone to come here for a birthday. The wait was almost 2 hours with having a reservation. Some of my party did not receive their food. It was not worth the money or wait.
The service was horrible and management was worse. Some of our party didn't get their food.! I will never go there again!
It was my birthday dinner. Had a reservation and still did get a chef until over an hour after our reservation. Very poor service
Everthing was great except that it was dirty. Specially the toilets
Great food but people were allowed entry with no mask and was able to stand inside. My guest and I were told to stand in the walk way or wait in our car and we had mask. I won’t play the race card but they were white we were black. After 20 minutes of sitting in the car (10 over my reservation time) we got the call to come in. Our waitress was new. She promptly bought us our drinks but we waited over an hour before our chef came. And you guessed it the white customers received theirs first. Our chef, He was very pleasant and funny and the food was delicious. The additional occupants at our table were not to happy with experience with management or the customer service. Great food, but we will not be returning.
Service was great and they were very friendly! We must visit again!
Celebrating 50th birthday
I eat here all the time and this was like my 2nd bad experience. We made a reservation at 8:30 and a cook didn’t even come to our table until 10:00. He was rushing to cook our food and it was so bland and the meat tasted like rubber.

5:30 reservation..didn't get seated until 6. Didn't have a cook until 7. Cook was there because he had to be..restaurant is old.

The experience and staff as a whole was good. The only issue was our chef. He wasn’t prepared, he had to leave the station like 4/5 times for not having butter, or onions etc. he burnt our food and acted like it was just normal and ok

The front hosts rude and very unprofessional
Sushi and hibachi that my family ordered was mediocre at best. I ordered two specialty rolls and sashimi.
The food was delicious however our servers were kind of annoying they came to our table every few minutes it seemed that we were being rushed!
Even though the waitress expressed they were short that day we still got prompt service...
Outstanding food great service great atmosphere great place
The food was delicious, however the performance was OK. Granted it was very slow and not a lot of folks showed up. For the price I paid I have received better service and performance. Ordered the 6 course meal and they forgot 2 of the courses which was green tea and icecream. Had to ask for both. Like I said, for what I paid I was hoping at least to get everything that was quoted on the menu.
I enjoy myself it was amazing get experience for the first time and I will be back soon
I’ve been coming to this location for years and they have went down hill for sure. We had no waitress for 50 minutes and when we did get one she took our orders and only came back to give us the bill. The host noticed us waiting and got us drinks. We didn’t have plates at our table and the chef had to walk away and get us some. We didn’t get our salad, ice cream, or the sauces that normally come with the food. The chef was great and the food was pretty good but the experience was bad.
The staff are very familiar with me and the service is always great.
The waitress acted like she didn’t even want us there. We had to ask for our drinks more than once. We had to ask for silverware even though it should have been on the table. She seemed upset that we even asked. The drinks were not great and the meal was very very garlicky (Japanese food is not supposed to be described as “garlicky”. The only reason why I gave it a 2 rating instead of 1 is because Alex the cook was great! All in all, probably won’t go back there.
Quiet and much fun!!! Thank you so much for the great memories. We will return more often to enjoy ourselves much more in the future.

SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE I WILL BEVER RETURN..SERVER CAME UP WORH NO MASK ON AND TOOK OUR ORDER WHICH WAS WRKNG AND NEVER CAME BACK. ONLY THING THAT WAS DECENT WAS OUR CHEF.... I SEE WHY I STOPPED EATING HERE ALONG TIME AGO

Things started off kind of rocky but turned around for the better. The cook was everything, I wish I would have gotten his name for my next visit.
Has gotten better with food, and Time. They gave us all the Garlic Butter we wanted without charging us!
