Welcome to Benihana and a dining experience unlike any other! Our guests are seated at communal tables in groups, where your personal chef will perform art of Teppanyaki. Watch as we slice and dice, preparing a meal that will dazzle your eyes as well taste buds, whether you choose mouth-watering steak,chicken or succulent seafood. You can also enjoy sushi prepared by a talented sushi chef and indulge in a specialty cocktail. The entire restaurant was dirty. Serving dishes had stuck food on them. Grill washed with dirty towel. Service was slow. Had to ask 3x for water. Brought soup bowls out on top of salad, gross!

We had Chef Tim and he was the best!! Food was perfectly cooked and we left with tons for supper. My 15 year old grandson said steak just melted in his mouth it was so tender and he was right!

They are truly under staffed. No need for reservations because you won’t be seated for about 30 minutes after reservation time. The wait for a cook seem to be 30- 45 minutes. Just plan to spend all day there.

We got there at 6:45 did not get served till 8:15. Then our order was written up wrong had to wait another 10 min. We should have gotten a visit from management to explain delay. People came at 8 and were served before us. The cook was apologizing

We go every year for my birthday...and always with a reservation. This location was obviously short-staffed as we were not seated even close to our reservation time and then waited literally 18 minutes before anyone came to our table to get our drink order! A full hour after our reservation time, we received our salads. The chef and the waitress were not in sync so the 6 courses were not served in the right order. But the chef did a good job and the food tasted great, as usual! It was just a bit disappointing, as we've had much better service at prior visits. We'll be back next year though! It's now a 15+ year tradition.

We went for a birthday celebration. It was fun. the soup was very good. We did not care for the dressing on the salad. Our chef was a little slow getting to our table. It was a weeknight so we felt they may have been a little short staffed. there was also a very large party there. Our steak was cooked perfect.

The food is not what it used to be. While still pretty good not as special. The salad dressing is different and there is no consistency in the cooking… what happened to all the sesame seeds? The vegetables were all mixed together and oily. The server was not as attentive as usual. Did not ask if we needed more to drink. The Birthday celebration has really changed. Only two people sang, no photo taken and no fancy dessert, just 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. This is our second time in the month and both visits were disappointing. Sorry but it’s not the same.

I made a reservation for 2:00 PM and was not seated until 2:50 PM. This was unacceptable and really upset me. The manager made excuses for this and no accommodations were given to me and my party of 5 for throwing us off our schedule for an entire hour. The restaurant was dirty and the warmth of service was dry.

I was very disappointed. First time for my family members and the chef did not put on the show I was expecting nor the show I witnessed at the table across from us. I feel they should all be trained accordingly and the show/cooking should be consistent at each table.

We had a reservation and waited for over an hour and cook never came to the table. When we asked the server what was going on he said the chefs can choose which tables to go to and it did not matter who arrived first. We got up and left…. Manager did not appear to care that they lost our business. Will not go back

Restaurant floor was very dirty and had obviously not been vacuumed or cleaned in some time. We also had to wait close to an hour after ordering until the hibachi chef came to our table. Bad experience overall and not what I would expect from Benihana and definitely not what I’ve experienced in the past. Don’t know that I’ll go back again.

BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!!We had a reservation for 6:30 and at 8:00 we had not received drinks yet. The table we arrived at was dirty and food was on the floor. The table was full of flies. We complained to the manager and he told us to leave if we didn’t like it and was very rude. We had two groups of six and they would not set us near each other and there was plenty of empty tables.

We spent $300 on one of the worst meals we have ever had. We went for a special bday after not going for several years. It used to be so good and fun. It’s sad that it’s gone downhill. I guess when I saw how many reservations were available it should have been my first clue.

The place is dirty. Shoes sticking to carpet in entry of restaurant where you check in. Chef was non-performative and dull. Not entertaining like most Teppanyaki dining chefs are. He even forgot the shrimp entirely for one of the guys at our table. Quality of food was decent, but hard to enjoy when the ambiance is so bad. Drinks (cocktails) were mixed well and tasted great.
