   I patronize Benihana it’s very often and this is beyond the worst experience I’ve ever had. My teams were so excited to take me out for Mother’s Day and they chose Benihana’s because they know that’s my favorite place to eat. Reservation was at 6:30. We wasn’t seated until 830pm and the cook didn’t come out until 930pm. I was very disappointed in the service. I was hungry. I was tired. I had work. My son has school. We were literally over it so after the food was cooked, we just immediately had them to pack it up. I would never go to Benihana’s on a holiday so unorganized.

   I took my wife to Benihana on Mother's Day and the experience was a complete disaster. I found out that a reservation made on OpenTable was worthless. We arrived in time for our 6:30pm reservation but got seated about 7:40pm. We then sat at a communal table/grill for two hours before the chef arrived! It was 10:00pm before we got our food, and mine was seafood that was dangerously undercooked. The chef was clumsy and amateurish. The waitress disappeared for long stretches and we had to track her down in the restaurant to get our water glasses refilled and to get our check at the end of the meal. We will never go back to this restaurant.

   Totally the worst experience I ever had at a restuarant. In short, had reservations for 6pm and ended up leaving at 10:30pm. When my party of 3 arrived, we checked in and ended up waiting an hour and a half before being seated. After asking at the 30 minute mark, was told even though they have a reservation system, its 1st come 1st serve (should of been something we were told in the beginning). After finally sitting down, the chief didn't make it to the table to make the food until another hour and a half because they over booked and had too many tables booked and not enough Chiefs to cover them, but wait, that's not all, the staff didn't prepare the table so we ended up waiting another 10 minutes for the grill to get hot once the Chief arrived, the Chief wasn't happy because of this. The order wasn't inputted correctly, which once again prolonged the food being cooked which ultimately ended up having us getting our food around 10:30 which at that point everyone was tired and just got to go boxes. This restaurant is poorly managed, and no one should go unless they have about 5 hours to waste.

   We arrived at 5:45 for a 6:00 reservation. We were seated at 7:30, salad came at 8:30, entrees about 9:15, left about 10:00. Even though they were way overbooked, Open table still showed tables available - serious disconnect in the reservation system. The service was terrible. We had to go to the bar to get our own water and re-fills, bus our own table of used dishes and glasses, get our own napkins. Of course there was auto-grat included on a 5 person group. Our experience was not unique. Everyone was having the same complaints. They do not have their act together. The food was passable, but not great. Certainly not good enough to make up for the terrible service

   Had to wait 90 minutes for a 7:00 reservation. Bartender and waitress were great but the noise level horrible. There were kids running around and they even took some Mothers Day prepacked macarons that were boxed up at an empty table for Sunday. The food was average at best.

   Everything was great, the service, the food, and the atmosphere. It was a great way to celebrate Mothers Day

   The staff were extremely friendly and service was decent despite them being pack. The quality was average in comparison to the cost. The appearance of the restaurant and taste of the food is not as appealing as I remember. Overall, I think the members of my party that had never been to Benihana enjoyed the show and was ok with the food.

   The server was friendly. However, the food was subpar and the chef did not give a good performance. With the prices being extremely expensive, the overall experience should have been phenomenal.

    The food is excellent. Our chef, Jose, is the BEST cook! We love Benihana! Jadon, our waiter, was excellent! We love the chicken and rice, the salad, the vegetables, and the meat. We had chicken and steak! Jose cooked it just like we like it!
