Our chef, Heris, was amazing! All of the food was perfectly cooked, my tuna steak was exquisite, the vegetables were just right, the shrimp was tasty. This was a great meal!

My family and I always enjoyed dinning at Benihana. This time was very different. We were a party of 6 people and they sat a couple on our table. The woman had a milk allergy. So without asking me if it was ok. They check just cooked the couple’s food first. This woman had a lot of request. Mean while my husband and kids who but the way were starving. Had to wait for about 29 minutes until their entire meal was cooked and served to them. The woman didn’t even say thank to us for waiting. Then oil started dripping from the fan/ exhaust onto my kids plates. That’s was just disgusting. The waitress didn’t even bother to changed the plates. We had to grabbed other plates from the table next to us. No one informed the manager about the situation. The chef had to grabbed a napkins to clean the grease of the edge to stopped dripping. That only worked for about 5 minutes. When we were done I went up to the manager and all he said to me was. I’m sorry about the grease. Regarding the food allergy situation. He said there is nothing I can do. I just feel that they should have sat that couple at a separate table. Or have a table for people with allergies. Not only that our vegetables were over cooked, the rice was dried. We are not going back there. I am done with that restaurant.

Lunch is always easy here. Much less crowded and terrific service. I miss the salad and shrimp appetizer but the meal was filling.

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the high standards we have come to expect. We encountered several issues during our visit. The chef was notably rude, which significantly impacted our enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, we had to ask multiple times for items that we had initially requested, which was quite frustrating. Overall, this visit was one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had at Benihana. I hope this feedback helps in improving the service for future guests. It was a great time even for my birthday and there was a lot of us. It was just tough to get a server at times even when we had two tables. We were a big group but one of our tables kept getting served first and we had to wait for everyone than just being together

As usual, this restaurant serves delicious food and the staff are attentive and accommodating. Our chef, Lionel, was extremely entertaining, personable and eager to please everyone in the birthday party at our table. I highly recommend this restaurant for small or larger gatherings. Parking is also very convenient.
