Great food. Entertaining presentation. A little pricey, but a great celebration restaurant.

Benihana was great as always. The food, the show at the table was great. The kids love seeing the chefs doing they’re thing at the table. Highly recommend!

We waited over 30 minutes after eating our soup and salad for the chef to finally come to our table. It was not busy as only 2 out of each set of four tables were occupied. Crazy wait times. We just sat there twiddling our fingers.

The restaurant hostess were friendly but our waiter seemed as if he was tired. This was our first time in the restaurant and we did not know the menu well. We were just offered to review the menu again and when I finally asked the difference in entrees I was told that the difference is sherbet. The floor was pretty dirty and the dust pan was completely full by the side of the bar when my waiter scooped additional trash in the pan with his hands. The food was tasty but nothing you could not make at home or get at a local takeout.

Wish there would be more options for kids. Alot of leftover food makes for alot of waste, especially in the mall where people are either traveling or have shopping to do and just toss their food because they do not have means to refrigerate. Would be nice to have a smaller portion size option.

We had birthday reservation for 1:00 and didn’t get our salad n water until 1:40pm. Plus no mixed drinks, blender was broken 😞 Will only so take our because the food is delicious. Chef was fun and friendly.

I’ve been to Benihana many times at the MOA for my birthday and other special occasions. Usually, the service is always amazing, also with the food, and drinks. But, on Tuesday night I took my sister-in-law there for her first time and on her birthday month.

The service wasn’t so great this time around. The waiter came around maybe at least 2 times. Never filled up our water cups, or asked if we needed anything else. We never got our ice creams with our candle on top or our pictures taken. I spent almost $300 dollars and I also tipped more then I should of had. I expected more coming from Benihana.

The server seemed in a rush for us to pay and leave even though there were plenty of open spots and no one was waiting.

First time here and the show was amazing and the food was amazing as well. It was so good that i was looking into coming back the following day lol but I’ll just try back home in Chicago lol

We drove up from Winona, Minnesota and it was so worth it!!

I will never come back here again. Overpriced, messy atmosphere (chairs stacked all around us, felt like we were eating in a warehouse), ridiculously slow and inattentive service.

Had the Trio. Everything was delicious. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. Service was a little slow and they ran out of their plum wine. Husband tried the new Spicy Chicken and said it wasn't too spicy but just the right amount of heat. Hibachi chef was a delight. Love coming here for special occasions with friends and family.

I went there to celebrate my birthday and l left highly disappointed I had ordered like a steak and shrimp with rice dish and the steak was unseasoned even though I requested for the chef to season my steak the Yum Yum sauce was not good at all. I pretty much paid $80 to enjoy some spicy shrimp because everything else was just disgusting. I’ll stick to Osaka’s.

Great place to eat. Staff was friendly and helpful with my food sensitivities. My son absolutely loved it. He asked for this special dinner for his birthday

We went in to check if we can be seated early, than our reserved time “we asked politely” but the lady at the front desk was very rude “said NO”RIGHT AWAY without looking at us, and just looking down! She said it repeatedly no no no and we said oh okay, we get it we asked once and we can understand it in one answered.. then we left.

Service was great, chef was fun and engaged with the kids. This is our go to for birthday lunches. My kids love it.

We had a 18th birthday and the did nothing for us. Forget the white rice until I was done eating and charged $6 for the extra fried rice. MOA is very over priced as you get twice as much for much cheaper at Osaka.

After being seated, no one came to greet us or take drink orders for almost 15 minutes. We saw this happen to other tables being seated as well. And it wasn't busy.

They were not socially distancing customers - we did not feel comfortable. Asked for social distance and were told "it's fine".

Fun place to go with a small group. A bit pricey but worth it. Food was very well prepared and delicious. We will definitely be going there again

The cook sammy was wonderful but the wait staff was not. She did not serve the table and was on her phone when the table needed simple things like a refill on water or another round of drink, even the checks took 20 mins to get to the table. Service sucks but the cook was fabulous.

Service was very good and food excellently seasoned, this was probably the best food preparation we've experienced at Benihana.

I enjoyed my visit, And I am already planning to come back for another visit, Everything was great
