Service was good, the food was great but the server was super needy about her tip… and kept asking for a tip even though I told her I was going to give it to her. Never coming to this location again super greedy.

The dinner was very good. Benihana‘s may be on the pricey side, but you get good quality food. The shrimp, lobster and steak were all very good. In fact, the chef cook the steak perfectly as I requested. I wanted, medium rare and for the first time in a long time, it turned out just right. Again, the food was very good for the price you pay. You can go to some other places which are less money, but the quality of food is not as good.

We had a reservation at 6:30 and didn't get seated until 7:00pm, including another couple at the table, no water or greeting from anyone to the point that the other party went to the hostess to find out where our waiter/waitress was and we were attended to eventually at 7:45pm. No apologies for the length of time it took to be attended to. Had to ask several times for water and only came to the table after we ordered our drinks. The wrong dish was provided and could have been an issue if allergies were present. Our chef tried to be somewhat entertaining however it seems as though other chefs captivated more attention. We thought the option for restaurant week included an additional menu price but apparently it's only for the bar seating section which was not explained either. Overall not best experience and would probably not return.

We were placed in the lounge area but the service was not as attentive. The food was good, but the birthday persons order was messed up even after giving specific modifications.

The food as always was exceptional. Everything was bite sized and easy to eat. Great food options for kids. The best scallops I’ve had anywhere.

The lady was new and didn’t even write down our order ! My husband has shellfish allergy! We told her two times don’t bring shellfish over ! Which she did ! She forgot he asked for a drink . She forgot no shellfish! I ordered rolls ! That’s was never put in ! I was just very upset about this whole situation!

Our server was awesome, went over and above to make our experience great! Chef prepared everything as ordered to perfection! We had a party of 9 so not an easy task to pull off & they did it perfectly!!!
