The food at Benihana's is always good. However, they are using WAY TOO MUCH salt on the food. Oddly the chef didn't cut up the shrimp for the appetizer or entree. The chef was very friendly and entertaining though.

We go every year for our birthdays. I usually order the emperor’s feast. My friends usually order seafood of some sort. For some reason, the air was not working and it was very uncomfortably hot inside. Our server was good and so is our chef. I think our chef might’ve been newer because he didn’t cook things in the normal order.

Food is good but some one the drinks barely have any alcohol for the price they are and the small show the chefs put on isn’t as good any more at time the chef looked very clumsy but it was an ok experience

I made a reservation and even though there were plenty of tables empty I was moved to another table with guests already. Manager was rude and unprofessional.

Decent but not with the money in this occasion. As soon as we sat down they wanted our order. We felt extremely rushed, fortunately we were familiar with the menu so could decide quickly. To put things in perspective, we were seated and 4 minutes later they had our order. When the chef brought the food cart out we didn’t realize the lobster in our order was missing until another diner received the one that we had watched being cooked. The chef then sent for another one from the backl to fill our order. The food was good, for the most part, but the chicken fried rice had way too many really crunchy pieces and the chicken was tough. Will I go again? Probably but I will hope for better.

Everything was great with the exception of the wait time. Our reservation was for 5:30, we were seated at 6:00 and the cook didn’t come out to 6:30 if not later. Our soup and salads were served after the cook came out which never happens. Also it would be so nice if the servers would not Hoover over your shoulder when you trying to get your money ready pay the tip if you’re not adding it your card.
