The cook let the food burn due to lack of oil, the server never came back to the table for refills I was just a bad experience

We went there to celebrate my disabled son's birthday (he loves the restaurant) and we go every year. We had a reservation. When we arrived there were 2 tables occupied. 1 table with 2 people and 1 table with 4 people (who were also celebrating their son's birthday). We were seated at the table with the other 4 people, but we were seated so close, we would barely have room to eat. I asked the waitress if we could move a another table and very rudely she said "No". I explained to her that one of my sons was sitting at the corner of the table with barley enough room for his plate. She still insisted that we could not move, so I moved my chair over to the side where the chef will stand and she told me to I had to move because I was in the way. We were about to walk out when she said she would seat us at another table, which she did. However ever time she passed out table, she made a nasty face towards me!!! We paid a $300 bill and did not deserve to be treated that way. I must say, the waiter & chef we did get were VERY NICE and accommodating!

We felt rather rushed throughout the service and didn't even receive our appetizer before the meal started. It is hugely expensive at $300 for dinner with only a drink a piece for 3 people. Show was great by the chef and a very fun experience, but I was shocked by the prices and how we were rushed! The food was overall good, but the scallops were terrible.

Benihana is always a great time! The chefs do great tricks and keep everyone entertained, even my 4 year old. The server was pleasant and always had a smile on his face. They sang happy birthday to my mom. It was a lot of fun!

Not the Benihana I remember. This was a place I spent my youth birthdays at. My children spent birthdays at Benihana. The quality of the experience has fallen.

The chef was fantastic best Hibachi I’ve had in a while. The waitress was attentive and took care of our whole party with no mistakes.

The food at Benihana's is always good. However, they are using WAY TOO MUCH salt on the food. Oddly the chef didn't cut up the shrimp for the appetizer or entree. The chef was very friendly and entertaining though.
