   Everyone was very pleasant, I felt our server was new. Some things took a little extra time get correct. But we definitely return to Benihana.

   Benihana has always been my go to place for any celebration dinner. Food is always prepared perfectly and I (we) enjoy watching the “show”. I would have liked to select my flavor of ice cream. It was a great experience and will continue to have dinners there.

   Got seat right away and cooking started right after. Timing was great! Last visit I was in there twice as long just waiting at the table foe order to be taken and for cooking to begin

   Teppanyaki cuisine is always consistently delicious. From the warm and genuine welcome from hostess Laci who makes you feel special. I always request server Fiona, as she bends over backwards to ensure your dining experience is everything you could want and even more. Once she knows you, she remembers your order & no matter how busy she is, always provides exceptional service:The only issue I have, is their prices keep going up. It’s a bit pricey…..

   The service wasn’t great and it seems that the portion sizes have shrank. We come a lot for family celebrations but hadn’t been in a couple months.

   The meal was okay and not our typical experience. Perhaps the chef had a bad night. The service was good as usual.

   I had a great experience at Benihana tonight. We had reservations (thank you, OpenTable) and were seated promptly. We had great service and the food tasted great, as usual. This is a marked improvement from a couple years ago when I was experiencing delays bewteen getting seated and the meal starting. Benihana seems to have figured a lot of those issues out. I'm glad to see that Benihana is back to being the fun and stress-free dining experience that I remember it being over the years.

    The table area where we sat was not cleaned properly from the people that were there before us And had a 730 reservation. Didn't get to be seated until 8:10. The don't update you on your wait time.
