   They OVERBOOKED! Unacceptable! I had a 6pm reservation and did not get seated until 6:55pm. and then not attended to for quite awhile! The servers didn’t have a chance to provide good service! Waited forever for our drinks. Not enjoyable! Too loud! I will not ever come back here for any holiday.

   5:30 reservatjon and we didn’t get sat until 6:20. They rushed us through the meal and hovered to get us out of there and hour later. I understand they were busy but they shouldn’t have taken so many reservations. Restaurant was a mess, restrooms hadn’t been cleaned. Will not be back.

   Horrible experience. I know it was Mothers Day but we had reservations. We arrived before our reservation and were told it would be 40 minutes. It was 45 minutes. Why? What is the point of taking reservations if walk ins are able to bump families with reservations? This location has gone downhill. Maybe I will start going to Shinto’s again. It is more of a drive but they have much better service.

   Had to wait 1 hour even with a reservation. The hostess staff were very rude and mocking me in front of the entire restaurant. The manager did nothing after I asked to speak with him regarding the behavior of his staff. The restaurant bathroom was completely disgusting with no toilet paper. We weren’t given silverware. We spent $350 and were treated horrible. I will never go back. They need new staff and a deep clean of the facility.

   Went for mother's Day. Had a reservation for 3pm. Didn't get seated until 4pm. Otherwise a decent dinning experience.

   Food was good, prices are ok but we felt EXTREMELY RUSH our server was more worried about getting us out of there than anything else. We were served appetizers, salad and soup at the same time, we were not even finish with any of those and they were already cooking the main entrees. Food was good but the server definitely ruined our experience that was our first time there.

   I hate to write bad reviews and especially on a restaurant we love to come back to. The dinner service started off great, then in a matter of minutes it went downhill significantly!! Once seated and had put in our food order, we had to keep asking the server, who kept taking forever to come see us for plates and utensils. I mean, he knew as soon as we put the order that we were sharing sushi platers. And not like it was busy; it seemed we were the only table he was serving at the time. We got half our order, had to wait significantly for the rest of it, and even wait for refills on drinks. The visit just kept getting worse once we noticed the table seating across from us, who had arrived probably 20 minutes after we did, to get more attention and had their food and drinks rapidly and left before we did. And we were still waiting on our food that we had to ask for because it didn’t come all at once. The kicker to our visit was when all of a sudden the restaurant started to get busier and a crowd of people started to gather while they waited; a lady with a baby started to change her baby’s diaper 6 ft from us and the sushi station, and nobody even batted an eye. How disgusting !! You have people eating and cooks preparing food, and you change your baby’s diaper like nothing !! Overall, I don’t think I will be going back; I paid so much $$ for nothing, even though they said they removed some food for making us wait; well, that never happened, and because of us having to wait for what seemed forever, we paid and left!!!
