   Our server Andrea never came back to the table after the cook arrived. Paco our cook was the bast. Food delicious. Server horrible.

   I have visited this Benihana‘s many times and I have never been as disappointed as I was this time I’ve had times in the past when the staff had been rude at the hostess stand this time I had a horrible service all around except for the bartender he’s always great our cook was done in less then 30 mins and did not even interact with the table at all. Last time I was in they told me they were getting a new menu they didn’t tell me that they would be raising the price on every item on the menu by $5to $10 the price of the food is just A little high now for the quality that you get I’m not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon after visiting this restaurant for over 30 years

   Food is overpriced for sure. It’s good. It’s habachi. The fried rice is not included and they don’t tell you that upfront…Service is good, nothing exceptional except the view! The view is top notch!

   I walked in and they greeted me and it was warming. My server was Jocelyn and she was amazing. She was very tentative and she made sure I was well taken care of. I'm a regular to Benihana but first for Key West.

   Overall we had a very nice experience and enjoyed the food and entertainment in food perpetration. We had a very low sodium guest in our party and had great difficulty relaying that fact to the server with a bit more luck with the Chef. Luckily we explored the sodium levels online before going to the restaurant. That online list was extremely helpful for ordering purposes.

    Food was so delicious and watching it be prepared in front of us was fun! Our chef, Kiko, was friendly & polite and did a great job with our food. But the star was our server, Jocelyn— she was FANTASTIC!!! She kept us laughing and gave a great vibe the whole time!!! She was super knowledgeable about the drinks & food and was on top of our dining experience. I hope she is a trainer to the new staff because she was INCREDIBLE!!

    been there dozens of times, worst experience so far. mostly due to the sushi. tuna was frozen way too long and spongey, and the salmon roe was rancid. i eat it all the time, and im pretty forgiving, but i had to spit it out. even the sushi person agreed it was rancid after i alerted them to it, and while i said i wasn’t trying to get anything for free or comped, they made no effort to fix the situation or offer a replacement. i basically saved other people from getting sick but apparently it didn’t matter. it was kinda slow and i felt like they were rushing us out. the owner made no attempt at coming over to even apologize. we won’t be going back for a while. TLDR; watch out for the sushi. it was good before, but i’d go to origami or anywhere else for it.

    My wife and I loved our dinner and drinks. Excellent cook. Came down for 0 Mile Festival. I had a excellent lobster tail and Hibachi steak. Could have eaten two more Yummy
