I suggest signing up for the birthday rewards. Usually they will send a $30 certificate. This makes it much more affordable. While the prices can be quite high for a meal (approx. $30-50), I always leave with enough food for lunch the following day. This location is surrounded by many great locations to shop at as well.

Our food was burnt. The grill was too hot. Our Chef just didn’t care to turn the heat down. Our food was tasteless. We had to ask for salt and garlic butter. For the price we paid (236.00) I expect a better dinning experience. We are long time customers and I have had better food. Oh can you please shampoo the carpet? My shoes kept getting stuck.

Prices have gone up substantially and quality seems to be declining. Our service was fine but our total for 2 adults, was $119 including tip for two hibachi chicken meals and two sodas.

Our server was rude and non attentive. He was short with responses, didn’t acknowledge when we would say thank you. Definitely ruined the experience

This place needs a deep renovation. Carpet is all sticky and nasty. Everything looks to be covered in grease from the grills because of poor ventilation. Staff does not clean the tables and chairs properly. It’s just nasty overall.

The food was average at best. The floors and ceiling around the cooking stations were dirty. Not the Beninhana standard I am accustomed to at other locations, Rocky would not accept this substandard conditions.

We used to go to Benihana often but hadn’t been in a few years. We had gone to Harmony Steakhouse a few times but our last experience there was sub par at best and I have no interest in going back. We were craving hibachi and I am so glad we went to Benihana! Food was delicious- staff was so much classier than Harmony had been, everything just felt better quality and the chef was so much better at reading the table and how the children would and were reacting to fire, loud noises, etc. We had such a great experience!
