This was a special dinner for my granddaughter's High School Graduation Our wait staff made it special by adding a group picture of the 4 of us. I would strongly recommend this place. We had enough food for lunch the next day. Good Value for the price

Always cooked fresh and tasty with plenty of sauces tableside, but the prices seem to be going up -- and have to be careful with menu selection so you aren't overpaying. There are other ways (via side dishes, kids meals) to get all the food you would want.

Decent Hibachi, didn't like the fact on the bill we were charged 6.00 each for chicken Hibachi rice , that we didn't order, but I paid because we ate it. The lobster and shrimp are very good , the steak was rare when ordered meduim. Overall good but not the best. There are other options in katy Texas if you wanna avoid downtown area in Houston.

Aweful hibachi. Dirty table, plate and floor, server was horrible, chef was just going through the motions. No interactions with guests. Don’t waste your money on the name, find a local place they are all better. Best part of the evening was the polite hostess!

Overall it was a good experience… Except a couple in our group are allergic to shrimp. The cook at the hibachi table did cook our orders separately in the beginning, Except for at the end when he was cooking the shrimp for the other people who ordered it He just Threw some on my plate without even asking! I was one that is allergic to shrimp. They should really ask if you want any before tossing it on everyone’s plate .

Fun staple for family or business dinners. Even though they seat you with other parties, the groups blend well and it's always a good time. Also remember that they validate parking if you park in the attached garages.

We celebrated my daughter’s 11th birthday here and the staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The girls had a blast! Thank you for entertaining everyone and getting us in and out in 90 minutes- perfect!

Booked a reservation for 8:15pm. We were seated right past 9pm. I understand it was a busy holiday but communication as to a timeframe would’ve helped. The waitress was training a new person and a few items were missed on our 6-course dinner like no soup, no rice. Overall, loved the entertainment and food. I will come back again but will book early.

I guess because of the day i choose it was not so good idea but what i can say when yhey mess up they try there best too fix it but you can tell there day was long amd bu 6 pm they where over it because they dont believe in friendly faces but for the price i paid i feel it was veru overrated and i was not interested in trying again but that ok and i wish the waiter would explain things a lil better because it would make it much better when your ticket come out and you have a upcharge for things that you thought you get with the meal but that is ok

over crowded ( but it was mother’s day. service was slow, no salad because they had no dressing and no substitution or even an apology. finally the temperature was very warm and uncomfortable everyone was sweating which ruined the meal

That place is a nightmare! We walked in and it was so hot and steamy that we were leaving and told the manager. Poor ventilation! She moved us to the front bar area which was better but then we miss the whole hibachi experience. Our poor waiter was doing the best he could. He was the only positive note during this meal. I was embarrassed as it was to celebrate my husband’s birthday and Mother’s Day with my two moms and grandma. It was miserable and I will never go back. I’m not sure how they even get business.

Use to be my favorite place 10 years ago. Went 2-3 times a year for special occasions last 3-4 years it has changed. Service is terrible Birthday’s use to be special after 2 1/2 hours and kids getting fussy I said forget it - we don’t need a picture even though we wanted one to add to the previous year. Server took my card to the back- had it in his pocket just not a great dinner nothing special and it’s 50$ per person

Been to that location many many times over the years. This time was very uncomfortable! We were seated in the far back of restaurant and there was no AC!!! It was so hot back there, we couldn’t even enjoy the great food y’all have. Overall the service was great as always and the food was great as always! Just to dang hot to enjoy the food. It was only in the far back room where there was 0 AC. Maybe you should close off those back 4 hibachi tables till AC is fixed.

The server was horrible. It was my birthday, and we were seated with a large family. They were Hispanic, that’s no problem at all, we’re African American. The problem was that our server was Hispanic as well, & only spoke Spanish the whole time. He never acknowledged my husband and I. As if we weren’t sitting there. It was very hurtful and embarrassing. Also, I never received the white rice I ordered. At all. He was very rude. Literally ruined my Birthday experience.

So I’m currently disabled, and whenever I had reserved a table it was for a wheelchair accessible. I was so disappointed. I was sad at a location where I couldn’t even sit my wheelchair and it was very dangerous for me to be in very accountable way too crowded for that type of setting arrangements. Also, the doors that wasn’t a greeter to help open the door for me whenever I was trying to open the door and normally they have the buttons you can press to open the doors just overall very uncomfortable experience.
