    Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price I had high expectations given the price point, but unfortunately, this place fell far short. The atmosphere lacked the upscale feel you'd expect—everything felt greasy to the touch and noticeably outdated. Despite having an 8:15 PM reservation, service was incredibly slow. We waited far too long to be acknowledged, and the overall pace of the meal dragged on. I will say MAD PROPS EDETH the cook. She did an amazing job compared to the last visit. (I will not return until they can bring this place up to the standards Benihana’s used to be.)

    The chef was inexperienced and my party had to get a new chef. First chef food was cooked terribly and was burnt then the new chef was rushed so nothing was really his fault. I felt bad for the following chef. I have been to Benihana about 50 times or more and this was the worst experience. It definitely will be awhile before I go back.

    The food and staff were good. However, despite having a reservation, it took an hour and a half for the chef to even start cooking. My whole family was starving and frustrated at that point. Also the temperature in the room was extremely hot.

    Made reservations for 4:15pm. Had to stand waiting 45 min. Didnt leave until 7:30pm. Small portions for $205, had to wait for drinks and service cart was dirty. Probably last time going. GL :)

    It has been years since I visited and it will be years again. The food is consistent in taste, the same flavor; however to get one zucchini slice and call that vegetables is not good for me. I prefer vegetables more than anything. The lobster roll with the hand roll was good and priced like comparable places. I am still trying to swallow how adding shrimp to the rice to make if fried rice is an additional $8.50 per person. Where is the rice that comes with the meal? Also, I dislike how the server does not make it clear that the desert/ ice cream is part of the 6 course meals. For a Father’s Day meal with my dad, 2 meals, 1 sushi roll… $173.00…. before adding a 25% tip. Hmmmm.

    Great birthday program makes for a good value. Can’t go wrong with the hibachi chicken and mustard sauce! Highly recommend the green hot tea. Look forward to our next visit.

    The worst dining experience! Drink was brought out in a glass that the inside was coated in old orange juice. From the point of sitting down and the waitress taking the drink and food order it took almost 45 mins to get the drinks. (After a second staff member came to try to take our order for the second time). The waitress had to be constantly hunted down to get drink refills or anything. The chef came out after a hour of sitting validated our orders and then packed up and went to another table. Another 30 mins passed before another chef came to cook for the table. The manager ended up giving me a small discount off the bill. But between the place being filthy, the horrible service, and waitress. I would never return to this location.

    Cook burn the food didn’t bring out enough food and didn’t have all the right food and it was my birthday dinner he didn’t talk do any tricks
