   Noise level is the worst here at Benihana, too crowded in a extremely tiny space Service is great from reception to server and cook but it was too cold and the server couldn’t do anything with the vent that is directly blowing cold air into the diners RA and Benihana Welcome rewards $10, $20, $40 and $30 were so confusing for both customer and cashier. They couldn’t explain why the rewards were invalid just speculation that although email came from Benihana, the rewards are not acceptable except maybe at RA

   Really disappointed. Place has gone downhill. And they stick you with all sorts of hidden charges for cheap stuff when their 'food' is already obnoxiously overpriced. Pretty sure I will never step foot in a Benihana again, and neither should you. Unless you enjoy average food for 5 star prices then getting robbed for freakin RICE!!!

   I’ve been coming to Benihana for my birthday, at various locations, for 28 years. I’ve been to this location six times. The last two at this location, from a service standpoint, were pretty bad. The food and chef were as expected and up to par after so many years, the drinks were the same. Last year my friend had a whole bottle of wine spilled on him by our neighbors and the server/manager did nothing. This year our server was slower than my bedridden grandma. Dishes from the salad course weren’t cleared until our dinner was done, refills of water never came until dessert, we would’ve ordered a bunch more cocktails has he’d ever come to ask if wanted more, and we never got our annual photo because he just disappeared after taking our dessert orders. Again, virtually everything was standard Benihana fare from a quality standpoint. The food and drinks were great. It was just the service from our waiter. Special shout out to the bartender from whom we ordered drinks as we waited to be sat was a great guy - really friendly and conversational.

   We came here around 8-9 months ago, and we were pleasantly surprised with how good the food and experience were. We decided to come back again last night for my girlfriend's birthday, after finding out our original restaurant nearby recently closed permanently. Unfortunately, this experience was much worse. Upon being seated, my girlfriend takes her seat and scoots in, and notices something black just got on her brand new blue dress. She goes to the bathroom to try to clean it up and comes back (stain still on her dress). We look around at what could have caused it, and soy sauce was spilled all over our section by a prior party and not cleaned up properly. Waitress comes over, takes my girlfriend's napkin, and wipes one time. I ask if she can please go get a sanitizer rag to actually clean it up, because her dress already got ruined and we don't want old soy sauce on our clothes. Nothing was done to make it right, no apology, no discount, nothing. Aside from that, they didn't have drinks that were on the menu (didn't say they were out, just said "we don't have that"), and the food was not up to the same standard as last time. I highly recommend people consider alternatives rather than coming here, because this experience was just bad overall.

   I am a regular diner at the Benihana and this was my worst experience as far as service and food flavor so I thought I would let them and you know. I will try again of course, but it appears that the recipe changed in the fried rice, and the server was distracted. For example, there were two birthdays, she lit the candles and sang happy birthday with another server and then did not pass out the other ice cream. We had to wait for her to come back, but the tray was set in front of us for over two minutes. We sat at 6 PM so the restaurant was not as busy when we started, but it was very busy when the meal ended, This was not the best food or service we’ve had this year.

   The service was great! I don’t have the names, unfortunately, but the waitress was super helpful and friendly! The cook did amazing at cooking. Maybe a tiny bit more seasoning was needed, but for the actual cook of the protein, very spot on. Great experience!

   $25 for kids meal chicken tenders plus extra for sides is offensive. The courses are served quickly allowing little time to finish a course before the next one is served which over occupies all the possible dining space. It ends up feeling crowded and rushed to make dining space for the entree. Then rushed to finish your meal and clear for the next group. It was $400 for dinner for 5 with only entrees to celebrate my son's birthday. I expected around $280. For $400 I would have preferred to take us to an excursion or a restaurant with better quality food. My husband became ill from his dinner entree.
