   Slow service. Missed items we ordered. Very low ceilings and super Smokey inside. Very busy on a Sunday and very tight squeeze at the table. Food quality was ok.

   Our chef was excellent however to-go order measurements need to be reviewd because you get less portions when ordered to go then when you get your items cooked by the chef.

    Benihana Encino is a meal I look forward to because I know I’m going to have a quality dinner. The food, cooked right in front of you, is beyond delicious. The fried rice is always my favorite, but last night the veggies were the star. Everything is so fresh and flavorful and the chef always puts on a show cooking for us. Tip: ask for extra garlic butter. It’s worth it!

    Our cook Jonathan was incredible. He put on a great show and every bite of food was delicious. He even went out of his way to make the food to each persons liking. It was my husbands first time at Benihana and it won’t be his last.

    It was our sons birthday and our family tradition of going to Benihana. The server was friendly and attentive however the chef was awful. We have been here numerous times and always had a pleasant experience. This time was not enjoyable. The chef cooked the food wrong, did not listen to our questions or requests and did not do any fun showmanship. She also splattered the oil on my husband and burned his arm. It was an overall disappointing experience.

    Place was quite dirty. Chef's were not well practiced but they tried their best to make a good experience. Tables way too crammed together to be comfortable. Would not return for a special or any kind of occasion.

    While our chef Reggie was very accommodating and friendly ….he definitely cooked our food in a different way with everything being separate . That was a first time for that.     Made reservations for two, a pre Mother's Day celebration. Made at 6:45pm. Once checked in, we were called to be seated. Unfortunately, it was all the way in the back. Smaller hibachi tables, no windows and absolutely no ambience in the back room. Not one picture or piece of art. It was really hard to believe and understand why, when many of the other locations do. The most aestheticlly pleasing location is Benihana inside the Westgate Resort Hotel in Las Vegas 😀.. Beautiful.. Overall,the amusement of the couples at the table, combined with the Habachi chef, created a good time over a great meal :).. it was kinda hot back there too lol.. So, if you're drinking, bring a fan lol

    The waitress was unpleasant, and we were missing many food items from our order but by the time everything was taken care of it was going to take too long to ask to get us the rest of the missing food. We’ve been going there for 20 years and it was a disappointing birthday dinner.

    We enjoyed our meal. Haven’t been to Benihanas in awhile. It was early dinner or late lunch. It worked beautifully. Had a lovely group of people that we were seated with for the meal. Two were celebrating their birthdays. That was fun. The service was excellent. The food was good. The show was good. Our grill master, obviously had good skills and enjoyed his job. overall it was a really nice experience. 🥳

    For what you get I don’t think the price is worth it but the food was good. There are other restaurants that offers pretty close to the same type of experience for a lease cost.

    I come here all the time but this visit was just not it. Our waiter was upset because we asked for the lunch menu on the weekend which they apparently do not do anymore. The energy from the waiter end up being extremely heavy. Best part of this visit was Justin, his cooking skills will make you forget everything so make sure you request him. God bless our waiter he just wasn’t positive or great with service.

    We were going this place from time to time but they increased prices ridiculously recently, this was our last visit. Restaurant is worn down, restroom is always in bad condition and not cleaned properly ever. Food is ok but nothing special.
