The chef wiped the cooking utensils with the same rag for all types of meat, even when we asked her not to, due to vegan restrictions.

Our waiter didn't inform us of extra chages, so when it came to getting the bill and we tried to tell him we were never aware. He ignored us. And our cook Rebeca had no enthusiasm whatsoever! You can tell she didn't want to be at work. Everyone tried to make conversation with her and gave one worded answers.

We had a family date night with our 9 year old daughter. Not our first hibachi experience. They gave us a table to ourselves but the chef that was assigned to our table was new. He was a bit shy but SUPER nice. Put “cooking experience wasn’t as exciting as usual. Overall our chef cooked a bit saltier than what we normally eat but otherwise everything was cooked perfectly.

I had a wonderful experience at Benihana, this was my first time going. I have to say that I was not impressed with the taste of the food, I was informed by my guests that it wasn’t prepared the way that other Benihana’s prepare it. All in all, I enjoyed myself, the staff was friendly, and there were birthday songs going on at all of the tables lol.

It appeared we had a new cook who was not experienced in the ways of Benihana. We ordered chicken fried rice and the chicken, very little was placed on top of our rice. Everything was cooked separately and there is was no mixture of vegetables to enjoy while the meat was cooking. Also the chicken which should have had more time to cook was cooked at the very end, sliced into little bits and teriyaki sauce covered it just before being plated. My husband and I didn't enjoy this meal which cost us 80+ with no drinks or alcohol.

I recently dined at Benihana and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, I noticed a lady with her children who had special dietary needs. While I understand the importance of accommodating such requests, I believe it would be beneficial for the restaurant to have a separate seating area or specific procedures in place for individuals with special dietary needs. The chef prioritized cooking their food first, resulting in a significant delay for the rest of the guests. This not only slowed down the entire table but also seemed to overwhelm the chef, evident from the way she handled the lady's demands. To make matters worse, the chicken I ordered was overcooked and dried out, leaving a less than desirable taste in my mouth. Additionally, the rice lacked any seasoning, which further diminished the overall flavor of the meal. The chaotic atmosphere, combined with the disappointing food, led me to cancel my shrimp order altogether. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any Benihana location. In conclusion, I strongly believe that Benihana should consider implementing a more efficient system for guests with special dietary needs to avoid disrupting the dining experience for others. Additionally, the kitchen's attention to detail and quality control need improvement to ensure all dishes meet the expected standards.

The atmosphere is always pleasant. The staff are great. Very well informed. The manager is great, He greets everyone with a smile. We visit Benihana at least three times a year. We've been going there for at least ten years now. The food has good flavor and well prepared.

We always remember Benihana as a place to celebrate because of ambiance and friendliness, my kids love the show the cook put in the beginning but for some reason our experience yesterday was so boring, the person who served us didn’t talk barely, the food was so dull in flavor, for the price it’s really not worth coming back. I will not be coming back in this place anymore. There’s many places who makes you feel welcome and smiling after dinner because of their exceptional customer service

We went for my husband’s birthday. We had a couple elderly people with us. The noise level was difficult for them. There’s not a good orientation upon arrival to tell the party how the meal will play out. Our server forgot two of the plain rice dishes and we didn’t know that the big demonstration was if you picked the fried rice. It was fun, it was a show, I do think, once is enough.
