   I had a nice experience out with my children today. The waitress was excellent, I'm sorry I forgot her name. The food was good. I had to ask for extra seasoning because the chef was very light on everything. I've been many times and today was one of the better times.

   Manager filled in for the bartender and messed up the drinks. The order was given to the chef wrong, he got frustrated and didn’t give us bowls of rice - just spooned it on our plates. They forgot our napkins and silverware, we had to ask for salad and desserts. I go to Benihana religiously- this was the first time it was this bad

   My order had colossal shimp, when the chef went to place it on my plate she dropped some on the table and never apologized nor replaced it and gave me the small pieces of the shimp and gave the large pieces to another family of another race. I hate to say.

   The waitress tried to be attentive to the table, however the lack of courteous behavior by the rest of the diners at the hibachi put us at over 30 mins to get drinks ordered. We left. Couldn’t get the table to order meals and for lunch I was not expecting a 2 hour experience. Disappointing across the board.

    The food had zero flavor. The chef just cooked. They usually do a little show but nope not this time. We could never find our waitress. It just sucked
