   My experience was less than spectacular. I made reservations for 6:30 p.m. We were seated on time. Our soup was great, but the salad was horrible. I was expecting a fresh salad, but it was soggy, and untasteful. The cook finally arrived at 8:00 p.m, an hour 1/2 later. The food was great but not worth the time.

   I always patronize this location because the food is always on point and flavorful way better than other locations the staff has gotten better we had a nice waitress and Jaun the chef was attentive and honored all request

   I didn’t mind the 15 minute wait, that was understandable. We were seated and ordered immediately. The waitress disappeared multiple times for 15 to 20 minutes. We had to have other servers get little items our table needed and take away over stacked dishes. Our chef made up for the lack of her absence. Even though the food wasn’t the best. It was so expensive. My bill alone was $90. I’m a hibachi fan but this might be my last time dining at this restaurant.

   Benihana in Dearborn MI is excellent. It is by far the best Benihana that I have been to from a food perspective. The chef's are exceptional. Kyle cooked an amazing meal last night and the bartender Marsha also did a great job. I didn't get our server's name unfortunately as she deserves recognition too.

   We were out celebrating our daughter's 16th birthday with her friends. Our food was overcooked and our chef was not engaging at all. The food was made out of order then it ever has been. The seafood was overcooked and chewy. Vegetables were burned as well. The only highlight was the server was attentive

   $80 service charge for the “Chef” is outrageous. $40-$50 for each meal, tip the chef and the server, AND then add another mandatory service charge on.

    One of the best times I’ve had. Lots of laughs from the whole table, just wish my food wasn’t cooked dry.
