    Usually when me and the kids come it's a guy that usually be there a couple of other ones but didn't do really any tricks for the kids the food was squeezing my four-year-old refused to eat and she said it was salty the waitress heard it was like oh my goodness it wasn't any opah opah however you supposed to do it it was just cooking in silence

    We did not have a great experience. I attempted to make a reservation so that a big deal would be made for my son's 15th birthday. Our chef never interacted with him, even in the very minimal interaction he had with all 7 of us dining. The meal was not seasoned well and we didn't see the server to ask for any. Amad came out hot at the beginning, then disappeared. After I heard him tell another diner he had a lot to do before he came back with boxes he tapped me on the shoulder and asked if I needed them to sing. When I said yes he looked very disappointed so I asked if we could cash out and leave and he wouldn't need a birthday song. He is home schooled. We were orphaned during COVID, that was his birthday party and after $150 and being ignored for our entire service I had to be made to feel guilty for wanting help Singing him Happy Birthday. That doesn't even mention the server we had to hear constantly complain about no tables while we waited for our reservation. The manager asked her to walk away twice, she came back each time to whine again. If she would have been given our table we would have left. I don't even understand how someone can have THREE piercings dangling from their nose and you expect me to receive food from them, beyond the 20 minutes of crybaby we had to endure while waiting for our table, while receiving a phone call from the restaurant to confirm our reservation after the manager Dan had already told us we were checked in. This was a mediocre experience if I am being nice. Very disappointing.

    1. The chef wasn’t aware of any shellfish allergies 2. ABSOLUTELY NO TRICKS WERE PERFORMED! 3. The experience was terrible !!! 4. Not even the heart shaped rice or the ONION VOLCANO !!! 5. The manager compensated by taking %10 off and that’s it. 6. My mothers first experience was awful she did not get the full experience

    Our cook was not friendly at all, I asked him his name he said "chef". He threw a hot onion on me, when I told him he said "well did I do it on purpose". The waitresses never came back to table, another waitresses had to help us. We had a terrible experience this go around.

    Very slow service. The cook top and oven vent was dirty. Vent was dripping oil/grease down on people's food.
