We love Benihana. Been loyal patrons for years. The restaurant could use a few upgrades aesthetically. It’s a little dated in my opinion. Food was great! Service was excellent and the chef was great. We will be back!

Food was good; chef was fun. Restaurant seems outdated and could have been cleaner. It has been several years since I had been and the decor had not been updated. Lotsa people waiting to be seated as we we’re making our way out. Value for the money (we had a party of 9 for nearly $500) was not there.

Table and cook area was not very clean. Chef was lacking in his skills or just an off night. No extras from him. Food was cooked out of order. Not seasoned well. Just a poor experience. $300 for 4 adults and one 13 yo girl. 🙄

Our chef wasn’t as entertaining as the other chefs. We kept glancing at the other tables where they seems to be having a better time. We came for Thanksgiving dinner and we ended the dinner dull and so-so… wish it would have been a much better experience as it was thanksgiving night 🫤

I really enjoyed my cook, I really wish I would’ve understood what his name was I want to say his name might’ve been Quinn. He’s amazing! He has previously cooked for us and his cooking is amazing! And very entertaining! If I could have him every time I cook I would!

Benihana has gotten very worn and dirty. The plates they put on the hibachi table to put your food on were all dirty and greasy. The whole place inside needs a lot of help. Outside is still very nice. The quality of the food was not very good especially the lobster which I wouldn’t eat. It didn’t taste fresh. Sorry but after many years we won’t be going back. It was a big family meal and I didn’t want to complain but probably should have

We had a new cook. While he was funny enough, the food was not up to par. My shrimp was over cooked to rubbery texture. My drink was not brought until the third time I asked about it. My steamed rice didn’t show up until everybody’s food had been cooked and served. The other diners chicken was good, the steak ok. Overall a disappointing meal especially considering the increased prices.

WHAT A RIP OFF. Food was terrible, rice was under cooked and crunchy.. the other party sitting next to us kept asking for extra garlic butter and spices on their food so the cook put it on all of our food.. even though we asked for him to cook ours the regular way. I ordered veggie fried rice and got chicken fried rice (and was charged more for chicken).. we were also served soups and salads for our children that we didn’t order as well as an extra fried rice that we also didn’t order.. we complained about our over buttered food and for being charged for items we never ordered and no one cared. SO FRUSTRATING!! This place is also FILTHY. Grease from the hood dripped on my plate right as we sat down and the server tried to just wipe it off. She rolled her eyes when I asked for a new plate. Save your money and go somewhere else!!

Give your 21 year old Chef Jace a raise. He has incredible knife skills and is really funny, friendly & nice to talk to. Your food is delicious. The only thing I would improve are your bathrooms. They are a little out dated. Think more Hillstone on NW Hwy & Preston. Other than this everything was spectacular!

Overall a good experience but not great. My biggest complaint was having to wait 20 minutes past our reservation time in a crowded front area with inadequate seating. The food quality was excellent. The showmanship of our chef was a bit below what I have experienced in the past and he was a bit sloppy with the butter (hitting me with a glob on my ear). He was very nice. It happens. Would come back.

Good was overcooked and it was so noisy and hot . I had to tell the waiter 4 times it was just to hot even the people at our table complained . Finally they turned off the heater . It was my son’s bday and this is his favorite place to eat .

Waitress and chef were awesome. The Dallas Benihana's is pretty run down looking and a bug flew onto the grill b4 the chef came out. I had to take my chopstick and get it off the grill.

Our cook was the best he had so much flavor and my moms steak was tender juicy and dull if flavor it melted in your mouth. He wasn’t the best egg in the hat catcher but his cooking style was awesome… We had a very attentive server as well that made sure we had refills and that we were happy
