Made reservations and was seated more than an hour later. This was the same as a lot of other people with reservations. Why make reservations? There are so many other places that can seat you at your designated reservation, or at least close to it. DO NOT GO HERE unless you have a lot of free time on your hands and are not hungry.

I had a reservation and had to wait for 45 mins inspite of that which was a bummer. I was trying this place for the first time and it was the 2 of us - we were made to share a table with another party which I wasn’t expecting, but after the long wait, I was ready to take what I got. The chairs were also super uncomfortable . Even after being seated, the wait for the food was enormous. The chef at the table tried to do a few tricks, but it was mechanical and nothing special. It was okay for a first time experience, but I doubt I’ll be going again.

Waited an hour after the time of our recreation to be seated. Slow service. Reservation at 7 and did not leave until 10.

Good food, good service. I also judge a restaurant on the condition of their restrooms. They were in very poor condition. If they don’t maintain their guest restrooms what does that say about the rest of their restaurant.

Wayyyy to much butter in food but very nice chefs and service the show is good everything was perfect except the butter in food. Would recommend though

Typical night at Benihana’s for service for management the only thing that saves this time and time again that they’re able to maintain consistency on their quality food yet, I noticed this time their portions have gotten smaller. It was a bit smaller it was a bit annoying that my cook had to keep sending back the server to get additional food because the portions were awful due to the smaller portion. You pay so much money to eat there. I don’t understand why they would’ve cut back, cut back even further and I’m not sure I’ll visit in the future.
