    I’ve gone to Benihanas multiple times and unfortunately the server this time was behind on everything. Our bowls were piling up the salad part of the meal didn’t come until midway through the service. Food is always great! But wait times and service declines with every visit

    They were understaffed that night, so we were delayed at the table. However, the staff was great and informed us of the delay and even gave us a complementary plate of edamame for the wait. Service was great, the chef was good, and the food tasted great.

    We recently dined at Benihana's restaurant to celebrate two special birthdays and wanted to share some feedback regarding our experience. First, I want to commend our waiter—he was extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak with. However, unfortunately, the overall dining experience did not meet our expectations. We were seated with another party that requested beef not be cooked on the shared cooktop. While we completely respect their dietary preferences, this impacted the timing of our meal significantly. Our fried rice was served first, followed by our scallops and chicken, but our steaks (NY strip and Filet Mignon) were not cooked until approximately 27 minutes later. By the time we received them, the rest of our food was cold. Additionally, the fried rice was hard in texture, and the chef was quite heavy-handed with the salt on all the dishes, which made them less enjoyable. This was meant to be a celebratory dinner, and we were disappointed that the experience fell short. We hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you!

    The experience was not great, first we have a reservation at 9:45 and they make us wait for 45 minutes, they give us a table till 10:30. Service was dissapointed. The cook didnt give us the show when he was cooling and everyone recive the bowl of rice exept for me, I got only half of the bowl because was not enough for me but they charge me full amount. I would not go back to Benihana

    Although they were behind schedule with the reservations, the overall experience was great. Our chef was very friendly and engaging. The food was good and we also got a complimentary printed photograph. Will definitely come back for future celebrations.

    We had our reservation at 4:15 and we got sat down at 6:20. We waited over two hours. The manager lady on the floor didn’t know what to do. She said people before us, which was not good. They shouldn’t take that many reservations.

    First off the wait even with a reservation was unbelievable. Even after we got the text saying that our table was ready, we still had to stand there and wait another 8 minutes. The food had no flavor and the sauces were watery. I ordered a drink from the bar and it never came. The price does not equal value. I will not go back.
