The food is not the same they downgraded put a salty substance on the shrimp and not good smaller plates not enough workers we had to keep on looking for a waitress bartender took way too long to give us her money back make the drink count the money back etc. Smaller proportions of food it does not taste the same this will be the last time you’re coming here
The experience was great for our family's small celebration. Our table was one of two in a small section of the restaurant. The noise level was perfect for conversation between those sitting adjacent to one another, but not so great to speak to someone on the opposite end of the table. The chef was entertaining and engaging at the right level for our party and the food was delicious.
Love eating at Benihana's....they really go out of their way to treat you with great service !
It's way too expensive now to dine at Benihana. It's over $5.00 for a small bowl of rice and the plates are about $35.00-$40.00 and doesn't even include the rice! What?? And, then it's $10.00 for a glass of beer and $12.00-$15.00 for Saki. All of this for just an average restaurant/average food. Too expensive. Will dine elsewhere.
It was my date’s first time here. We had a great time.
We celebrated my sister in laws birthday and like always a wonderful experience!
When we got there we loved the waitress she was so nice and the Chef who cooked for us was so funny and entertaining it was such a great experience with me and my family we would definitely come back.
Our second visit to celebrate a birthday, positives were the service and the chefs. The service was incredible all night long, the food was delicious and satisfying. Negatives were the group at our table, whining kids and the overall noise dampened the fun for a bit. Overall it’s a great place and would go back.
Because of the masks it took a while, but my daughter and I realized that the last time I was there was 4 years earlier and it was Mike that was our chef. He brought up lots of old memories and made us realize that we needed to do this more often. Mike made it all worth while and loved every minute of it.
This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to, they don't care about customers and their requests, we arrived there right on reservation time and they got us seated after 10 minutes of our reservation time, to our surprise we got seated there with 4 other customers (no mention of shared table during reservation), so I requested if we can get seperate table because we don't eat beef and other customers are americans so I expected them to eat beef (this at the beginning), the response I got is we got to wait 1 more hour in spite of so many tables being free(our reservation time 9:30 PM), so we didn't have much choice so we sat there and started dining. As expected chef started using same utensils first for cooking beef and then started using same utensils for chicken (so we had choice other than saying no to eat), time is already 10:40 PM so we couldn't ask him to make again on different table, this is the whole reason why I requested for seperate table and they simply refused to do so.
Good thing in this whole experience is people with whom we dined, they are really nice people and one person paid bill for everyone on the table. Irony in this whole thing is they paid bill for food which we didn't eat, but really nice of him to pay for everyone on the table.
The whole point of me writing this review is honor customers requests and most of the Indians don't eat beef so make sure when someone asks for separate table please honor it, so other people in the table don't feel uncomfortable.
The waiters were very friendly and the dishes were very good value! Great for parties or family trips!
Food was great server was friendly and attentive, overall a very good dining experience!
Birthday dinner for my daughter was good as always
Our chef was a bit lack luster compared to other times I've been there. Not entertaining at all.
Happy birthday was not sang to my sister and my fried rice had eggs even though I said no eggs the cook didn’t understand English ..
Still a fun place to go. The food is decent. Not overly expensive for the entertainment. I recommend it for out of towners, birthdays, kids, etc. Not a good choice for foodies.
We were late and called to move reservation- they accommodated us right away to the next hour- very professional
They didn’t even provide all the items included in the 5/6 course meal.
Very poor service.
Great dinner! Food was fresh and tasty. Service was great tonight.
We hadn’t been in a few years. We celebrated my daughter me 15th birthday and Benihana did not disappoint! Food was great and Rony was awesome. Can’t wait to go back soon.
Steak had gristle and not much flavor. Celebrating 50 yr wedding anniversary was not acknowledged
Ordered 6 course meals for everyone, but Chef did not prepared mushroom. Also, meat and portion was smaller compare to other table.
Went there to Celebrate a Birthday. Be prepared to wait an extra 30-40 mins past your reservation time. But nevertheless the food and dining experience was fabulous. Sad to see them let go the photo taking tradition
Very consistent... great food, good service, the cooking entertainment is always fun, etc. An experience for sure... you’re paying for more than the food!
Rachel was great! The server was great and so was the cook
Great experience. Awesome staff & super fun and talented chef.
First time visiting…Nice experience with the servers and chef. Food was delicious and filling.
Great place to bring all ages. Our 2 year old granddaughter loved the show
Our chef was fantastic. Food and entertainment were great.
Went with a party of six and had a great time! The staff was nice and friendly!
Great food and great service. The staff was nice and the food was superb!!!
Table service was excellent once it started, but we had to wait for 30 minutes to be seated, and another 30 minutes for the service to start because the had forgotten that we were there. That said, when they realized their mistake, they were very apologetic and accommodating. Our server and theChef were excellent!
Chef speaking Spanish to guests that were seated with us and we felt out of place and didn’t enjoy so call entertainment… why people go Benihana. Food was ok but not worth paying for
What made our experience so outstanding was our cook: Brian. The waiter
who helped us was also outstanding and helped in many ways. He was always
there if we needed him. I regret that I don't recall his name.
We were at Benihana's on July 6th at noon. Perhaps you can find out who this
outstanding man was.
Always a pleasure to come, we celebrated two birthdays and it was perfect.
My husband and I had a great experience at Benihana.
Michael was our chef and did a great job. Perfect birthday dinner for my kids.
It was great!
Our server was nice and friendly she is very outgoing and made us feel comfortable.
It was a very fun and exciting experience!! We will definitely return
