   This is a really cool, special occasion restaurant. We sat at a communal teppan table with another family. Our waitress was very nice and professional with taking our order, remembering details, and bringing drinks, appetizers and to go boxes all in a very timely manner. Our chef was fun and personable, but it was difficult to hear him speak as he had a soft voice and the restaurant setting is a little loud. Unless you go during the week for the lunch menu, Benihana is quite expensive otherwise. We were a party of 3, each ordered 1 meal, and 2 soda were ordered. Our bill was $184 for lunch on a Saturday.

   We check in and the manager is on the phone telling a worker if they don’t come in they’re fired. Waited for our table.. they were very disorganized. Ordered drinks, took forever. Ordered sushi for Before meal. Again took forever came with the meal. The cook we had was really good. Ask for soy sauce and they gave us soy sauce packets. Could not believe it. Ask the server for straws never received them. There was so much more that went on.. I won’t be going back there ever again. Will be writing to corporate it was really bad..

   Power lunch was great. Reservations 1130am Seated 1128am Lunch was cooked and eaten by 1202pm It was awesome. No fancy show or anything but it was so delicious. Very worth it.

   Benihana is one of our favorite restaurants. We enjoy it lots. This time we have 2 family members celebrating their birthdays. So we were excited to go back! We brought copies two (2) related birthday certificates so we could enjoy the benefits of it. At the end of the evening, and for whatever reason, we were presented with two (2) separate bills/checks showing the split of the total amount covering our dinner The waiter/host mentioned he needed to charge us that way so that the certificates were credited effectively showing with our bills/checks. It was unexpected and unpleasant as we never experienced this before as we have celebrated multiple birthdays at Benihana before and were never split charges this way.

   Love being able to come in and sit at the lounge bar with no wait! Food is always served quickly and service is always great. Only downside is people are waiting in the same area and so might get a little chaotic while eating but overall good vibes.

   Super fun evening! Our little one wanted to celebrate their birthday there with family and it was a great time. Our server Casee and chef Christian were fantastic. Food was really good and service was great
