There is a lot of variation between artistic capabilities of chefs. Ours did not put on a good show. Two people at our table had birthdays. We noted waiters singing at several other tables and it appeared the birthday guests were getting little cakes. We did not get similar attention at our table. The sun was too bright in the window for an enjoyable dinner. The food was good.

Our Server was excellent the chef was great! We all had a wonderful time! Thank you for making my 52nd birthday celebration a special one!

We love your restaurant! Confused on why chefs all perform different tasks for families though. The chef at the table next to us was absolutely great! While ours was nice he did not show the same skills or enthusiasm. That’s a bummer! Our server was not very friendly and rather blunt. We are big tippers, often tipping our servers and chefs extra for their great service…and these folks need to realize that their attentive and friendly demeanor matters!! Food so good! Restaurant was clean and outside landscape is looking better. Window clean and front staff very sweet!

Overall, everything was very good. Portions have increased substantially since my last visit months ago. I had almost decided I was done with Benihana because you didn't get a full serving of food for the money; but, they are better than ever. Everyone in my party said they would definitely go back including me.

Our chef, Jazz, was great. Food was very good. Only negative was that I ordered fried rice and my wife ordered steamed rice. We had to ask twice for her rice. It was delivered when we were almost finished.

Rabiya was a great server. She checked in on us frequently. Salah made our food perfectly. The only issue was we ordered 3 chicken fried rice and only received 2 and what should’ve been our third bowl was distributed between the other couples plates. He did get us our third bowl after the fact. We took it home, wasn’t the same. The food he made for us was great.

Won't be back. Benihana used to be my favorite restaurant, but yesterday was horrible. Bad service and bad food. The fried rice had a massive amount sesame seeds, the sautéed onions and mushrooms were not cooked enough (very crunchy onions and watery mushrooms). Lastly, we were seated with one other family and whenever there was any extra after everyone was served it went to them every time (even if it was not included with their meal). My husband and I felt invisible off to the side of this table seated with another family of 6. We paid $180 for water, 2 meals and some salmon nigiri. very expensive for mediocre food and poor service. Won't be back. Ever.
