Reservations was 330pm we got there before the time waited and waited next thing you know we waited for almost an hour just to get inside and sit down then we continue to wait for the service . Ive been to benihana before different locations this one just poor for the price i spent .
Horrible waiting for everything! Took over an hour and 20 min to get the food cooking . Lots of noise from kids literally running around tables. Dirty plates left on table next to us.. food all over the floor… it was just bad!

We spent 200 dollars on our meals. Very stingy with vegetables and seafood for the price. Sakura has a much better value with way better experience. The chef although nice just globbed and I mean GLOBBED the butter on everything at least four times on rice, twice on vegetables and three on meats and seafood. So much so that it made all the food ridiculously salty. The drinks were mediocre could tell it was mostly juice, and a literal drop of alcohol for 16 dollar drink. The server we had kept disappearing after we ordered something for long periods of time, wouldn’t clear the table had to be prompted. We were definitely an afterthought even though we made a reservation but we were added onto a table with a party of 8 and super squished onto that table. Foul. Benihana is not what it used to be. Regretfully spent that much money there. I think we will probably end up going to Sakura instead Bc this experience was quite terrible.
As usual, the food was delicious but the service was terrible. We were on time but at our table for almost 1 hour before we got any real service. They were clearly shorthanded, and by the time we ordered and the chef arrived, we were well into the second hour. One of the managers did show up and tried to help, and while he was very thoughtful, the promised service just didn’t show up. It also a birthday event, which the chef confirmed when he arrived, yet they did absolutely nothing with it

The prices have increased for sure. But the quality is meh. The show was o.k., but definitely needs a refresher! Can only see the rice heart/beat so many times.
We love to celebrate our birthdays at Benihana. We had a wonderful family sitting at the table with us. Our food was yummy. Our chef was humorous and entertaining. It was a great evening.
My reservations was for 615pm. We didn't get seated until 635pm. Our chef took a while to come and the manager came to say sorry for the wait. Our waiter seemed a little overwhelmed. We had empty soup and salad bowls at the table for a longer time than usual. Empty beverage cups that needed to be refilled and I had to flag her down for a refill. The food was ok. I did ask for my filet to be medium rare but somehow the waitress heard medium well. I haven't had a medium well steak in over 5 years. That was a little disappointing. When the chef finally came he was great! I did have a concern about paying the bill. Normally the bill is left at the table for me to sign for a tip and look over the bill. I felt rushed when the waitress came to the table with a device to charge my credit card. I had to ask to see the bill while she was holding the device in front of me to add a tip. I'm a great tipper and I tip for great service. I didn't feel like her service was great but felt pressure to give a larger tip than I wanted because she was right there holding the device for me to select a tip amount on the screen. I ended up tipping $28 which I wouldn't have because her service was not great. Overall I understand coming out of a pandemic it takes a while to get back into the new normal.
Kinda slow service but overall good service
I just wouldn’t eat at this location again I had a reservation at 8:15 I didn’t get to sit down till 9 and when they did sit us down it was me and one other person we had to sit a table full of people we didn’t know so we asked to get seated at a booth because the table we were at was very uncomfortable overall this is the 5th time something like this has happened and I won’t be eating from this location again

Visited for a Birthday dinner. Never thought we’d see a security guard working inside a Benihana. Been dining at Benihana for years - since I was a little girl. So many visits and celebrations that I can sing along with their Japanese birthday song. The servers always comment on it. Sad to see that Benihana seems to have lost that “special” feeling one would get when dining there. Hopefully they can turn it around.
Birthday experience was horrible and service was even worst! Highly disappointed.
This location is too small for large parties. We could not understand our waitress with both masks on, I understand precautions but when you have an accent and taking orders with two masks, much more difficult. I don’t think for what you pay for you get.

The Chef at our table was named Elizabeth and she was fantastic. The next time we make a reservation I will be asking to be seated where Elizabeth will be preparing the meal. The rest of the staff was also great from the receptionist to the table attendants were fantastic.
We arrived early, the host had a serious attitude problem. We waited for our table to become available. 45 minutes after arriving the cook hadn't even showed up to turn on the grill. 5 other tables were waiting as well. We ended up leaving before anyone came. Never again. I get there's a shortage in this industry, but the attitude was very much dismissive. Life's too short to wait forever for a pricey meal.
Food was good per usual. Staff was friendly. They sadly seemed understaffed (understandable given we are in a pandemic) and we were seated for over 35 min before receiving even a soup or salad. Whole experience was about 2.5 hours due to a little over an hr of waiting. Space could be revamped to look more open - very dark.
No complaints, everything was great. Had a great time.
Our over all experience was great, It was my Mother's Birthday and we picked the PERFECT PLACE TO DINE. Thank you Benihana for making my Mother's Birthday so special.
Understaffed! Arrived at 1:30 for our reservation was told they would text me when table was ready (that's ok) except when its 30 minutes later followed taking at least 10-15 minutes to get drinks at bar while waiting. Once seated it was another 25-30 minutes for our chef to start our preparing our food, all was well until he forgot our grandsons shrimp order which I'm assuming was shared with others. He did take it off the bill. Attention to details lacking. I'm sure the standard COVID line is at play here. We've enjoyed this location for many years and our grandchildren have always been the one's who would say it's been a while since we went to Benihana, we now will rethink about returning.
Great meal, good service, but room is extremely loud. Our party took up the entire table and everyone enjoyed the food. Timing was good too. Didn't have to wait too long for seating or eating. Will be back for sure.
I love Soto the cook it's like chilling with my family he is funny honest and cooks very good!
We went to Benihana’s to celebrate our son’s second birthday. We waited over 40 minutes before the chef attended us. It was over 100 outside but felt even hotter inside. Food was great and so was our chef, Ernesto. But because it was so uncomfortably hot we won’t be dining at this location again.
As usual it was great. Even though they were understaffed, they really worked hard it that hot building to make it a great time.
I walked away from the table and when I got back, they threw my leftovers box away. I went to the bathroom. I had a whole meal. Only took a few bites. They wouldn’t replace it. With 4 of us our bill was $298 and we left a $70 tip.
